I ordered a dog groomer's ornament for my dog's groomer to thank her for the wonderful job she does. When I received it, there was some lettering missing. I contacted Dede, and she immediately sent me a new one, and it was perfect. Our groomer will love it!! It was a pleasure doing business with a small company that stands by their products and goes out of their way to correct a problem. I will definitely order from them again.

Hi I am absolutely furious. I cannot truly believe that I received today one Christmas toilet roll that isn't even a full role and of cheap quality. I expected at least half a dozen for the price of £10.00 plus postage. It saddens me that these people can get away with scamming us and feel devastated I trusted them. I have emailed several times with no response. They should be reported to the appropriate authorities 😡

I ordered a ceramic hanging for a hairdresser, which I am really pleased with. It was delivered speedily with updates from the seller, which I appreciated. Could definitely recommend.

It’s important to support the independent retailers. Having spotted an ad on FB I purchased a beautiful worded decoration. The words were very apt for a friend of mine who is struggling, so this was the perfect gift. Fantastic quality and would highly recommend a browse on the shop.

Glasses are beautiful, I ordered 2 different ones, 1 for hairdresser and the other for a nail technician, both recipients were absolutely delighted with the gifts. They are etched beautifully on a very good quality long stemmed wine glass.

This glass is far superior to how it looks. It is great quality and the etching looks great. I cannot wait to give it to my hairdresser for Xmas.

I received an email to say my package had been delivered.....it hadnt been delivered to my house i have sent several emails to ask if the delivery person had taken a photo of delivery or signature.....have had no reply disgraceful customer service

I ordered a funny sister bauble for my sister. It arrived in well packaged and in perfect condition. It was in time for Christmas and my sister was thrilled with it, so much so that she sent me one!

I ordered three items for service providers on 26th November. More fool me as this is obviously a scam ! I did receive one communication in response to my first enquiry (6th December) saying that one of my items was out of stock and would be sent the next day. When I looked into the company, I see that they are based in the USA so the items would not be here by Christmas anyway. Do not waste your money. Now I do not have gifts for three of the people that do a lovely job for me and I've lost money to boot. No response to my further cmmunications either so basically an online version of "the moonlight flit". Thanks for nothing Minemega !!!

The gifts that I bought are fabulous quality and I am really happy with them. I know that the recipients, my hairdresser and nail technician will be happy too.

This company does exactly what it says. They make and deliver beautiful products. Wrapped and boxed for safe delivery. You can always tell a company by the story behind the scenes. More than impressed.

Bought for my dogs’ groomer to say Thank you for all she did for them. Unfortunately they will be pts tomorrow as she spotted one had cancer a few months ago and now the other has kidney problems. I’m sure she will appreciate this wonderful little memento as much as I do.
