The team agency is great and very helpful..
The only comment is we didn’t expect to have a old SUV (2007) which consume more gas than a recent car.
Therefore, our petrol budget has increase since our rental was for 21 days.

Mint rentals were great.
I had booked online, but put in the day after my arrival to New Zealand.
It was after hours but they still drove down and picked me up so I could have the car a day earlier.
Thank you for that.
The inside of the car was lovely and clean, the outside had dents and scratches, but I guess that’s to be expected with rentals.
I just had trouble with the key, and they were willing to sort that out too, but I just put a new battery in it.

Evrrything was flawless, from booking out the car, to support on the road and shuttle to the airport terminal. We had a stone chip cracking our windscreen on the 1st day of a 7 day rental and received wise advice from Anthony which meant that our holiday was not spoilt at all. Should I return to Auckland, I hope that I will once again be able to rent out a vehicle at a very reasonable cost and repeat this experience.

The Nissan Tiida I hired looked tired and well used with plenty of dents and scratches.
It did everything I wanted!! Large enough for wife & self with loads of luggage and later with two kids in the back with loads of luggage.
It exceeded my expectations. It was economical, easy to drive and had all the basic bells & whistles to keep us comfortable.
I asked for a couple of amendments to the original pick-up and drop-off dates. No problems!
Was permitted to add (foc) a further five drivers provided I had their driving licences. No problem!
Was taken to the airport drop-off from the rental office which was a ten minute drive.
The staff on site and the office administration was prompt, efficient, helpful and charming.
Would certainly use them again.

Great rental experience-will use them again

Swift shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly staff. The car was quite old but serviceable. Did the job. The only issue was the car had a Rego (tax disc) which expired before our rental was over! Not sure how this happened. We obviously didn't know anything about these and it was pointed out to us by a friend in NZ so I had to ring them up and get it posted to me. Would use them again.

Excellent staff who are very kind and friendly. This is our second time using Mint because they are so easy to deal with. And we have used quite a few companies over the years!
The car (Toyota Corolla) was excellent for our family of four (two young children). We will definitely book with Mint again.
