Delivery went very smooth and packing was definitely nice. The setup was rather easy too for the 10x13 model. Had someone help me get the 4 legs up and placed, then I did the louvers by myself with no issue. It would have been faster with two people but all in all wasn’t horrible! I really wanted the screens but they were going to cost more than the pergola, so that is unfortunate/disappointing. I did my own DIY with garage door screens and they work perfectly. Overall love the product, only had it up for a couple of weeks, so we will see how it goes over the next year!

This patio set is amazingly comfortable. It has been one of the easiest sets to setup. The overall feel and comfort is luxury. This is one of the best pieces we have ever purchased and they come with the protective covers. Delivery was easy as well.

It’s a really nice product and a great pergola for what we wanted but there are a few blemishes to the frame from when it was powder coated that would be a pain to swap out. It just sucks you pay so much for the thing for it to come with blemishes.

We LOVE our new pergola and pull down screens. Our friends and neighbors are jealous. We had no issues with shipping and the few questions I had were answered right away from customer service. Directions were easy to follow for assembly.

Fantastic experience overall. I purchased the 10 x 12 steel pergola. The unit shipped and arrived as scheduled. It was packaged very well and I had no damage concerns. The smaller parts are all supplied within a small box that was very organized. Makes it easy to use and stay organized. Putting the unit together is straight forward and the instruction booklet is easy to read. The steel of the frame and louvres feel stronger then some of the aluminum ones I had looked at with another company. Very satisfied with this product and may purchase a second unit for a vacation home.

Product is fantastic. This is my second one I purchased in two months. The last one I purchased on line and the delivery service you use is not good. It 2 over two weeks to get it delivered. But otherwise I love the Pergolas.

Beautiful quality

Ordered a Mirador side shade for my Mirador 10x10’ pergola. Didn’t fit in the pergola frame once assembled, hope they let me return it.

281 gallon storage box came damaged. Received conflicting resolutions. Two weeks later still no response from mirador to send replacement part or provide return.

4 weeks later did receive a replacement part to swap out but their logistics third party team with CeVA is awful. Two different days no shows for provided window of 11 am to 3 pm. Wasted two whole days of waiting.

Overall great product aside from communication issue with customer service. I do recommend the product. Good construction and very good quality.

We have a Mirador pergola so the deck box was the next likely purchase. It shipped quickly and arrived in pretty decent shape. The outer box was pretty beat up but everything inside was fine. The included instructions were awful to say the least. I ended up watching a video on how to put it together and it made so much more sense. It seems like such a waste of labor to have so much screwed together just to have to disassemble and then re-assemble. Overall, it took about 2 hours to get it set up. I'm really impressed with how sturdy it is and it looks great on the patio. It fits cushions from our outdoor dining set as well as our conversation set and all of the covers for those with room to spare!

Delivery went well although he did a little damage to my gate, installation went well except for the cheap screws which I replaced (highly recommended). Ensure you take your time and install the door tracking perfectly or you may have door damage. Installing the screws into the concrete plugs is risky of loosing them...could be better designed! Looks elegant and classy with the doors sliding very smoothly 👌 A little pricey but well worth it. Gave it 4 stars due to the crappy screws that I replaced and the design of the bottom track for the concrete screw installation.

Easy to order and delivery was amazing. Easy to assemble with additional videos from Youtube. Quality is great.

Product arrived in timely manner, and in good condition. Great quality ! Only thing I would say is to send a notice via email or text about shipping status.

Product is great and was very easy to install. Big issue is that no notification occurred on shipping and suddenly a call occurred that the delivery would happen in an hour. given that we ordered 3 pergolas and would need help unloading, no notification was really a problem and we had to scramble. Delivery guy was very helpful at the end of the day. Otherwise, the pergola product is great and would recommend to anyone.

Everything went smooth except for for the shipping company calling at the last minute and postponing the delivery, after I had already taken time off work to be at home.

When setting up the delivery, it would be helpful if your automated message stated at the start of the message that someone needs to be present for delivery instead of saying it after the delivery is scheduled and then having no opportunity to reschedule.

Also instructions on how to schedule the delivery without signing needs to be made clearer at the time of placing the order.

Other than that we are quite happy with our purchase.
