Polite and efficient
Very friendly, quick and efficient visit from Mira engineer James Young when my shower was dripping. Many thanks for sorting it so effectively (and rehanging the plastic baskets for shampoos etc!) Can’t fault this service.

We had a great experience with Mira! We asked for someone to come out to have a look at our shower as it stopped working. Courtney - let us know a day before what time he was arriving, so it allowed me to organise my day. He called half an hour before and arrived on time. He was very organised and prompt. Such a polite guy. He located what the problem was and fixed it. He even kindly gave me a new shower wire/head as ours had broken. He advised me on what I should do if the problem ever arises again. Everything was left clean and tidy. Great guy and great service. Thanks Courtney and the staff at Mira

Broken mira shower
From first phome call till engineer came they explained the process and Sebastian the engineer has just fixed the shower and could not have been more courteous or efficient in the way he dealt with the leak. Added bonus was tge 5 year guarantee that meant there was no cost to us. Would highly recommend them.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Calls answered by a person, promptly.
Issue with spare parts was dealt with more reasonably than I could have hoped for.
This was the polar opposite of another bathroom company we dealt with before.
Products were expensive, but the quality and style made them worth the money.

Great service from Mira. Courtney our engineer arrived on time, explained clearly what he was going to do.
