Manufacture warranty repair
I contacted Mira showers as had just had new shower installed and got a warranty repair booked easily. They sent an engineer, Ben from south west he was very friendly and professional. Fixed our problem quickly we had on our new mira shower and explained best way to operator our mira shower

Had a leaking shower
Had a leaking shower - Danny from Wakefield came out tested the shower identified the problem as with the cold water pressure. Fitted new cartridge & advised a pressure reducing valve needed to be fitted. Was very pleasant and friendly a credit to the company.

New shower ordered online and installation date given. Text received the day before confirming appointment, giving the 3 hour slot that Paul would arrive. Text and email on the day giving 3 hour slot again. Paul J carried out the installation efficiently and talked us through the features clearly. Everything was left neat and tidy.
