I needed a direct replacement for my existing shower, and that is exactly what I got. Delivered very quickly and efficiently. It is better than the old one and I hope it lasts as long. It is quieter and more powerful than the old one.

My experience was great because of the person who helped me with my problem. His name was Alex. Would that we could always get someone as kind, patient and helpful as he was. Nothing was too much trouble. He found exactly what I needed and he even sent me detailed diagrams of how to install the item. Don’t lose this man.

Warranty Call out - great service
We had to call Mira Showers with regards to a warranty claim on our Mira Platinum shower unit. We were able to book an appointment very quickly and Courtney who came out was super polite, efficient, and took time to explain the possible issues, even with the shower in an awkward setting.
Courtney was able to put our shower back in working order and took time to test everything before he left, even though I'm sure he had a busy schedule.
All in all a great customer service experience.

Mira Shower Servicing by Courtney
Today we had a Mira service engineer called Courtney come over to look at our shower. He was beyond helpful as he explained everything that was wrong and the steps to take to fix it. We are very thankful for his help and can't recommend him enough to anyone else having issues.

James young very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked the shower but didn’t find anything wrong.
He suggested when it fails it could be due to lack of supply water from the header tank. The shower was using water quicker than the supply to the header tank.

I have just had a replacement shower fitted. It was a seamless process from ordering, and being advised of a suitable replacement , to the engineer arriving on time, and fitting the new unit.
