🚨 MiStore.pk, WHERE IS MY ORDER?! 🚨
I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with your unprofessional and unethical service! I placed an order (M1288526) for two mobile phones (Redmi Note 14 & Redmi 13), Redmi Buds 6, and Redmi Watch 5 Lite, fully paid via Visa. When I received the parcel on September 3, 2025, the Redmi Note 14 was MISSING! 😡
For 6 days, I’ve been chasing you on WhatsApp (+92 309 4443478) with no response—my messages are ignored, and my calls go unanswered. Your support number (+92 311 1111050) is useless, offering empty promises with ZERO action. I provided a video proving the incomplete delivery, yet you demand evidence from me while failing to show proof that you sent the complete order. This is unacceptable!
MiStore.pk, stop hiding and take responsibility! Deliver my missing Redmi Note 14 or refund my payment NOW. Your customers deserve better than this shameful service. I’m sharing this everywhere—Instagram, Facebook, YouTube—until you make this right!

Terrible customer service.
They cancel your orders without telling you that they will/ why they will.
Wont respond to emails or calls.
After you place an order and go to the "Track your order" your order doesn't show up

Bought their E10C vacuum cleaner. It is unable to clean the whole house and I had to go through multiple calls, emails and whatsapp messages for them to confirm that they will not exchange it for a better model. Feels like a typical "saith" company with no standard policies or reliable communication channels. Your mileage may vary. I would not trust them if you are expecting after-sales support of any type. Pro tip: try searching for the same product on aliexpress and use mistore.pk as a last resort.

This has been my worst experience with this product. It doesn't even support turbo/quick charging with a 33W/120W charger. If you're searching for a cable with turbo/quick charging capability, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this one!

I posted the review on their website and they are not even publishing so their rating keep at top and they are avoiding lowest rating reviews, if Mi PK has not providing quality things then make sure to approve every review on your website so user true intension shows to Mi headquarters.

Bag: it was amazing
Car charger: not really worth how much I paid, I had to break it to see if there was some gold in it, because I paid more than it deserved.
Power banks 2 USBC Small: Both are slow in charging and very bad in performance.

I ordered something on 4 nov and sent them payment right after it. But realised that the product was not correct. I got the order cancelled n asked for my refund n its been 2 weeks they are ignoring my calls and are not issuing me any refunds.

I ordered wireless handsfree for 5200 and paid online, the rider came and demanded 5200 rupees saying that the online transaction didnt go through and i will get refunded. i have contacted their helpline but i have gotten no response. They are a bunch of scammers with fake reviews on their website. PLEASE AVOID THIS

I recently had the misfortune of interacting with the Mi Pakistan customer service department.

The customer support agent disconnected the call when I enquired why I had received poor customer service. The very fact that a company is not able to acknowledge their mistake and apologies speaks volumes.

Do not place an order for any item that requires a advance payment, the Mi team will not verify that they have received your payment and it will fall to you to constantly chase them in order to have your advance payment logged in the system and for your order to processed in time.

They are doing fraud and sending Chinese version items that don't work properly in Pakistan. Also sending faulty items and not accepting any returns or providing any refunds. As soon as you encounter any issue and you tell them the issue they start to ignore you. They have a return and refund policy but they are not following it. They simply ignore you. I have called them, emailed them, WhatsApp message them but they don't even care once they take your money. Please stay away from them.

Pathetic Stores, every time running out of stock. Worst customer services.

I have had the pleasure of shopping at Mistore on multiple occasions, and I can confidently say that it is one of the best stores I've come across. The entire shopping experience, from start to finish, has been exceptional.

I ordered a product from them that didn't work. Returned it with my own courier cost. They stopped responding. Didn't refund or send a replacement. I called their offline shop they don't associate with online. I called helpline nobody's picking up. The guy who received the courier doesn't answer. PATHETIC EXTREMELY.

DONT ORDER ITS A NIGHTMARE.
