Prompt and efficient service
Ordered a shower seat online. I phoned beforehand to make sure it was in stock and the friendly assistant assured me it was. Made the order and received a phone call two days later and an email to say the purchase would be delivered the next day. Cannot fault the friendliness or efficiency of the service.

Vessini soft close toilet seat
Bought a Vessini soft close toilet seat less than 12 months ago. The soft close hinge broke and the lid fell off. Contacted the company and although you do get a 12 month warranty with this item they would not replace it as this "part" is not covered under the warranty. Waste of nearly £80!

We were sent a faulty tap and sink which was not identified until after several uses when we picked up on the leak. We are being told tough,no offer of replacement or to fix. We are going to be hundreds of pounds out of pocket and currently don't have a kitchen sink because it can't hold any water. Cheap materials,cheap service.
Beware and do not buy from here!!
I have been asking for a call back to discuss and to raise a complaint but apparently they don't do that??
Stay away!!!

But as I am aware and considering the records we have, there has been always communication provided either on Call or Email,
and the claim made its something that is being handle by manufacture if it falls under manufacturer warranty – but in this case damage is due to mishandling and the sink delivered has been tested to all relevant “BS EN” standards including a thermal shock resistance at 180°C. and the photo shared as a Crack up to the TOP Edge of the product and that is something which could have happened due to a heavy Object accidently dropped in Sink or by over tightening of the Waste or Fixing Screw
we have provided you the Manufacturer’s Number via Email to contact them - Incase if you want to double check

I ordered a bathroom cabinet from MJ Bathrooms as the one I’d had installed was left opening and I needed a right opening cabinet. They were efficient and the cabinet arrived promptly so did not delay my bathroom refit. They seemed to work closely with the manufacturers, Tissino.
