MJ Bathrooms 

Ordered a bathroom suite and shower door over a month ago. There was apparently a delay with the manufacturers and they’d keep us updated. No communication what so ever and no bathroom suite. Avoid at all costs.

My experience is the same as the others who have been let down here. The following review penned by someone else about this company is spot on...'con artists... pretend they have a cheap shower tray and then after you order it they say that it was damaged in the warehouse and it was the last one... please chose a different one... charlatans as others

We haven't heard or received anything, it just says payment still pending, very unhappy.

Impossible to contact them on the phone. Made order and after few days received an email to say the purchase is not in stock. Waste of time.

Towel rail hasn't turned up and not answering phone or email

I ordered a bifold shower door from this company, because their website stated "delivery within three working days" and I needed the door in a hurry to make my shower usable again. However, after hearing nothing for a week I chased them up to be told that my door had arrived from the suppliers damaged and there wasn't another one available. They gave me the opportunity to choose an alternative or have a refund. I emailed to say that I wanted an alternative door, but again received no communication, so several days later I rang them again to be told they would have to see if there was any availability with the supplier. Now, today, two weeks after my original order I was informed by email that there is no availability of the alternative door. So I have wasted two weeks dealing with this company. If you're thinking of buying any items for your bathroom I would seriously suggest shopping elsewhere !

I was able to find what I wanted via MJ Bathrooms and the ordering process was fine, after 2 weeks I heard nothing and was still waiting for delivery. After contacting them and explaining the situation this seemed to spur them into action and my order was delivered in a matter of days. Not very satisfactory. They need to keep customers in the loop, hence only 3 stars.

Prompt service, great price

Good price. Delivered on time, although without any post-purchase communication regarding this.
Website a little awkward and credit card payment fault meant paying via PayPal.
But it worked out OK

We ordered 2 large radiators (Kartell), which were delivered on Monday 21/10/24. Having checked them, we discovered that both had chipped paint down to bare metal (fronts & top grill). Contacted mjbathrooms on the 28th, with photo's of the faults. mjbathrooms (Ash) sorted replacements with Kartell, which were delivered on the 24th, and the damaged radiators taken away.
We can't fault the service from both mjbathrooms and Kartell.

Totally inconsiderate traders wouldn't trust these cowboys run away never finished the job
