Great service
The item I purchased from MJ Bathrooms was cheaper than all suppliers I looked at (aside from one who had a 4 week lead time). The item was dispatched the same day as ordered and arrived by 9.30am the following day!

Not happy with the service
Not happy with the service. I have made an order and after a week there was no delivery although the order status show "dispatched". I have called the customer service and I was told they will find out and call me back. Nobody called me back, which I'm not surprised. I have to called them again to find out the warehouse did not relised the order. Yeah, right. I have to chased them so they send the order on the day I called them. Do not recommend.
