Aglet metal caps came off easily
Bought two pairs of MKI washed and one active nylon shorts through END. The metal cap on the aglet came off immediately after one wash. Very disappointed by the quality.

Customer support is making the whole return process unnecessarily difficult
I tried to return the jacket several times using the DHL label they provided, but multiple DHL points refused to accept the parcel. The item is still brand new and packed, and I have been trying to resolve this for a long time.
Just imagine: I first contacted support about this situation on February 17, and today is March 22. Instead of simply sending me a new DHL return label, they keep sending messages saying they are still “looking into it” with the delivery company. They still have not provided me with a new label, which is only making the whole process harder and more frustrating than it needs to be.

As we didn't receive replies to questions that we had for you, we were concerned they might be hitting your spam folder or even that the label issue may have been solved at your end.
DHL have now identified that the issue isn't the label itself, as it has been confirmed to be valid, but the specific DHL drop-off points. You should have received an email containing a solution to your inbox as of the 23rd of March. Please also check your junk and spam folders.

Bad CS experience, take your money elsewhere
Ordered a coat prior to my trip to NYC, I had thought I’d paid for next day delivered but hadn’t so unfortunately didn’t arrive in time.
By the time I returned home and tried the jacket on and realised it didn’t fit and attempted to make a return the 14 day return window had closed, I’d ordered their stuff from End and Flannels before so had just presumed it would’ve been a 30 day return window like every other decent brand uses.
Emailed CS hoping they’d make a one off exception given the circumstances as even if I’d opened a return within the 14 day window I would’ve have had the opportunity to post it back till after I returned, but they only offered an exchange or store credit, I’d have happily taken an exchange but all the sizes for the same jacket were OOS and then it feels scummy for them to force me into a purchase by only offering store credit, the fact I’ve had a bad experience with them would even put me off using the store credit in future.
CS gave some snarky comment like “we recommend all customers to read our T&Cs prior to purchasing”, be realistic you know for a fact no one is reading the T&Cs on websites before buying, and you then hide the actual return policy on the site so it’s not obviously clear prior to pressing checkout, realistically they made that comment just to cover their own arses legally.
If you’re so happy to offer store credit why not just offer me a refund? Because you’re willing trying to force me into buying your brand rather than going elsewhere when that’s literally what you’ve inadvertently done by offering a shit customer service experience.
Customer service is absolutely abysmal even though they’re trying to push being a brand for their customers they’re just the same as every other soleless fashion business just with poorer customer ethics than most.

This timeframe is standard for many independent contemporary brands to help manage our seasonal inventory effectively. While I understand your perspective, we find that many of our loyal customers do take a moment to read the return section of our T&C’s, or alternatively they email or call us to ask any questions.
While the jacket is outside of the return window, we wanted to support you as a long-time fan of the brand. Although we couldn't offer a full refund to your original payment method, we made an exception by offering full store credit. We feel that offering the store credit as a gesture of goodwill, was the best way to balance our policy with our appreciation for your past support at End and Flannels.
We are sorry that your expectations of returning the item for a full refund were not met on this occasion, if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us again via email.

I bought this for my son. He had seen it in flannels and tried it on a few months ago but didnt buy it, regretted it, and went back to buy it but it had sold out as it was in their sale.
