Had excellent experience with them!
This company provides very friendly and professional service, the fees are fair.
They arrived on time, the work is fast and smooth and they will put on protective covers to protect my furniture. They are very careful and attentive. I am totally recommend to everyone needs moving.

I had made an enquiry online initially but was very pleased that Mitch made the time to make a personal visit to assess the move as it wouldn't be a straightforward one. On the day the loading went very smoothly and ALL worked extremely hard. The same was true at the storage facility. What made it so much better was the cheery attitude of everyone and the willingness to "go the extra mile" to help out. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Well done!

Mitch, Keighley, Ali and Tom, all did an excellent job with my move making sure that everything was wrapped and secure so as not to damage any of my goods. Not only did they provide an efficient, excellent and friendly service, but they bent over backwards to help me out of a stressful situation where my exchange only took place two days before the move. No other company could/would help with my situation, but MLW on the other hand kindly offered to fit me in and around other jobs to make my move possible. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to move!

Mitch and Ali were brilliant moving us. They arrived on time at 9am and filled us with confidence that they were the right people for the job. They were very friendly and I enjoyed chatting to them in between loads. They made everything stress free for me, my young family and our cat! Two big Luton vans were professionally and safely packed, moved and unpacked by 4pm at our new house. Keighley was also brilliant arranging everything by sending helpful reminders and quickly responding to my queries the night before. Overall excellent service, value for money and an enjoyable experience - would 100% recommend!

The team made our move incredibly stress free, not only through the moving service but also the ability to contact them at any time with queries regarding the move. All of the team were friendly and incredibly hard working and I would definitely recommend.

Mitch and the crew of Neil, Carter, Keighley and Ali did an amazing job of our move.

Mitch evaluated the requirement to be 4 Luton van loads. Unfortunately, at short notice, this had to be reverted to the large 16t lorry and one Luton van. The lorry was to long that it was unable to gain access to the property resulting in all goods being ferried between the property and lorry by the Luton van. The weather gave all four seasons with hail, rain, wind and the odd sunshine for the move. The team still remained positive and in good spirits.

When it came to offloading, Mitch arranged for me to call him when the keys were made available, this ensured no waiting around. All goods unloaded in quick time and in their rightful location.

All in all, a very happy customer. Would I recommend Mitch and his crew, definitely.

Very professional and organised from the booking to the payment to the actual removal. The removal men were courteous, patient and wouldn’t give up with bringing a large sofa into the flat. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you MLW Removals, you were great
