Very polite staff and quick at getting back with adjustments.

I was contacted about my indemnity insurance renewal nearly a month before expiry, which seemed early but showed good organisation. Most of the contact was by phone with several follow-ups.

Big thanks to Bradley, who handled my concerns swiftly and resolved everything efficiently. Great support overall.

I really liked the professionalism, promptness, keeping me updated and the willingness to go the extra mile to help.

Bradley was very helpful and affable. However cannot comment on advice re challenging situations or a claim as no experience of either yet, fortunately. Got impression that advice might not be up to standard of a specialist medical defence organisation but that is understandable. The offer was to seek divide from an underwriter if it proved necessary but of course you can't talk to them and they are not doctors.

Bardley was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. Everything was quick and easy.

We have been with MMI4u for a few years now and needed something added to our existing policy. The process was great, nothing was a trouble and Anthony made sure all was completed and correct in record time. We now have our insurance all in one place and easier to manage. Would highly recommend.
