Not many companies are selling phone cases for my new model of Sony phone so I was pleased to find this one from MobileFun. The phone case arrived quickly, with good comms via email. The price of the case and postage was very reasonable. The case fits perfectly, flexible and love the cherry blossom design and came with a freebie screen cleaning cloth too.

Recieved my parcel (heavy duty phone cover)with nothing inside..
Parcel has two delivery slips attched to it one stuck ontop of each other. One of delivery slips has the correct details and weight of item on it.The other delivery slip under the first one has correct details stamped on it but has 0 weight to the parcel so it looks like to me someone has tampered with the parcel.Contacted mobile fun a few times by email and mobile but to no avail so left out of pocket with no one wanting to know. That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've used Mobilefun twice recently. Both good experiences. Price is a key driver for online shopping especially for "tech" and I wasn't disappointed with Mobilefun being better than a certain large river. Their website is cleaner/easier to take in whereas other vendors/websites can swamp you with the same item from different vendors.

Appalling Customer Service. I used to love Mobile Fun years ago. Its gone right down the nick. Filled out several forms/complaints (no email available) still waiting after a week. Not heard a thing. I did not receive an order confirmation email, subsequently, received a wrong item on my order. I will no longer shop at Mobile Fun. Not Fun anymore!

Two times in the row, have sent me phone cases for the wrong device. Support team just issues apologies and errors continue. Please avoid.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service. When I received my order, I realised that one of the items was missing. I contacted them via email regarding this, attached pictures and I received a response very quick. In a matter of a couple of days I was sent the missing product.

I dropped my phone with the original screen cover I had purchased recently. It cracked the cover but my phone was completely undamaged! Excellent screen protector ! Thank you 😊
