Never shipping merchandise. Never responded back to emails. They are a scam business

I returned an item many ago and still haven't received a refund, I used their contact form multiple times but haven't got any responses

It may be expensive but you are definitely getting your moneys worth. Screen protectors are brilliant even biometrics work. Really reccomend buying from here.

I ordered 3 iPhone cases in January. Unfortunately one of them was wrong model and my fault. Got in touch with them and ask me to send it back n they will send me a replacement. I got emailed that they received the return. But no response about the response so far. I emailed them twice but no answer.

Ordered goods. Never arrived. Pictures of where delivered is not my property. Package delivered by EVRI. NOT had a problem with either before. NEVER use again. I have sent them pictures of my property different to evri picture. Different floor colour .

I bought an Olixar Universal Stylus Pen in June 2024 from Mobile Fun. I have just tried to make a Warranty claim, but Mobile Fun went into liquidation, and won't honour the claim. Strangely, Mobile Fun and Olixar are still trading......
Steer clear, NOT a company to buy from.

I made an order and this time, unfortunately, it did not arrive. I contacted them after receiving the email asking me to put a review of the items in their website. I explained the situation and was told to wait until 30 days had passed and contact them again then if still in the same situation.

30 days later I contacted them, support was quite active and they proposed to send it again via DHL which I accepted as I have been waiting for it since a while.

Then the nightmare started as DHL doesn't do its job, pretends to pass or just doesn't (delivery dates don't seem to matter to them). After four scheduled delivery attempts from DHL (even confirmed by the person responsible for the ticket I created) I haven't received anything. I already took 2 full days off work and had to reschedule the other two.

I contacted twice mobilefun support asking to get refunded because at this point I am really tired of this and no reply.

It is MobileFun responsibility to make sure their "partners" do their job

My initial order did not arrive, there is no contact number kist email. They daod wait a further 2 weeks if it doesn't arrive email them again. I did, and they issued a replacement order straight away, amd it arrived 2 days later. Was concerned at 1st but they followed through and I got my order that I really love. My clear plastic phone case.

Had a very frustrating experience this time round. Have used them prior and found to be very good. I orederd I ordered 1 x Zizo Bolt tough Black Case for iphone 13 max order #1-1-1-01782307 and Recived with no issue. Two family members saw my new case and wanted one aswell. I then went an ordered:

Amount: -29.98 Zizo Bolt tough BLUE Case for iphone 13 max with 24hr delivery £29.98

Amount: -19.98 Zizo Bolt tough Black Case for iphone 13 max

Neither of the above did i receive an email or any deleivery confirmation. Exchanging emails with the compnay i managed to get the izo Bolt tough BLUE Case for iphone 13 max deleivered after a week - and still had to pay the 24hr deleivery - you did not post it for 7 days, I have yet to receive the second Zizo Bolt tough Black Case for iphone 13 max.

My bank have advised to me to claim via the small claims court which will add a further £30 to the situation. Will update how i get on.
UPDATE 16 OCT 2023 - Bank attempting to charge back the £19.99 - will update!

This company needs to change their name as there is NO FUN in dealing with them. The case I received to "Protect" my phone as the advert claimed had no front cover and was not as advertised. HOW can a phone be protected when the screen is not covered? I was sent a cheap tacky case that would have cost pennies to produce. They are also ignorant and arrogant and have no interest whatsoever in customer care. To achieve reviews as bad as this takes effort and is by design but don't take my word for it look at these reviews and check them out on Companies House - is free and available to anyone. Look at the loss in sales and how rapidly they are going downhill. I doubt they will last 12 months so save your money - BUY ELSEWHERE

Still waiting for a refund for defective screen protector. Don't trade with them.

I really should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a phone cover 20+ days ago and have not received it yet. Company have ignored emails. Do yourself a favour and order from a more reliable company

Terrible service from DHL

They didn't even call when they came for the delivery and they just stick on the front door the "Avis de passage"

I payed extra to have the quick delivery and at the end it will be probably delivered after 4 days as was the regular service

I have been trying to return an item, but the company refuses to send me shipping instructions and a shipping label. I have sent several e-mails, but they do not respond. Why don't they publish a phone number? I would recommend avoid doing business with this non responsive company, it it obvious they will rip you off!
