Made a purchase paid for paid for next day delivery £6.99 Item arrived late late asked for a brief asked for a brief hand of postage I was insultly offered to pay offered £2 which I thought was disgusting off after another email with no response For about another finally got an email back saying saying full refunded we'll take 3 to 5 working days I think this is disgusting if something is being sent by And arrived late it should be refunded and the company can claim no money back from we can claim no money back from the courier.

Why can't companies aren't companies just look after the customer just look after the customer I suppose those days are gone such such a shame will never use this company again

I bought a protective case for my windows tablet. The product was very high quality with ridiculously low price compared to any other company. Delivery was three weeks and that's a bit slow.

I ordered a strap and watch face protector for my Apple Watch, delivery was about 4 days. The protector came with a fitting doohickey which took a few minutes to work out as it lacked instructions but once sussed worked well. The quality of the strap is akin to Apple so I’m pleased with that too, my only real gripe was the lack of watch strap sizes on the web site, I took a chance and it fits but a slightly bigger one would have been better. Good quality items.

I purchased a Ten One Design Mountie Universal Laptop Clip for phones and tablets on 14/11/22 for a total price of £24.98. This turns out to have been an expensive waste of money. I fitted on to my iPad when first bought and have not used it till now. On connecting it to my MacBook it was loose so I tried a bigger grip. When trying to close it the clip broke. There appears to be a flimsy plastic connection which has snapped off. A frustrating, expensive waste of money.

Bought a case, and found it was poorly made and was going to cause the phone more damage than it was going to protect it. So requested a refund, the company tried to offer a discount, but said would rather return. At this point they stop replying to my emails

I have used MobileFun on several occasions and I have always found them to have excllent availablity of up to date products and rapid delivery.

I don't enjoy waiting 9+ days for a plastic phone case to arrive. If it arrives Monday, I might slug myself into raising it to a 3 star.

MobileFun.co.uk have some great products at very reasonable prices. I would not hesitate to make a purchase from them in the future.
