Good service from mobiles.co.uk, third time I have bought from them. Let down by DPD not delivering. Tried to deliver to the wrong address twice then it went back to the depot. No news for 2 days had to call DPD twice. They said it was on a before 12.00 service. It eventually turned up late the following day.

Nice easy purchase and a great deal on a pixel 10pro XL. Just a shame that I had to go to the extreme of cancelling one ID mobile contract and take a new one because ID mobile wanted £22 per month extra to upgrade to the exact same phone with substantially less data. Their reasoning was just so I could avoid a credit check and I could keep my number! Ended up having to port the number twice but got there in the end. I've used mobiles.co.uk several times and it's always been really straight forward and an excellent deal, so I can't fault them. Worth noting that ID mobile, mobiles.co.uk, carphone warehouse and Currys are all the same entity so it's worth shopping around

Shocking service
Up there with the worst customer service I have experienced.
Trying to clarify the status of my order having had mixed messages the past several day, but being promised delivery that day.
Spoke with 3-4 different people across a few hour period, each one assuring me what they were telling me was right despite contradicting their colleagues.
One person hung up, or the line got cut off mid action and he didn't try calling back.
Another acknowledged I had spoken to him the day before but was gaslighting saying he said something different to what he said. When challenged over this he said the call had Ben reviewed, which would have made no sense to have done. When I raised this he said the call has not been listened to but it could be.
I was then passed through to another team told log my complaint, to be told by said person I was not able to log a complaint on an incomplete order, which is ludicrous.
She then promised a manager call back in 48 hours.
Does anyone think I was called back by a manager ?
Shocking service.

Bought an oppo phone from your…
Bought an oppo phone from your promotion I saw online which offered free accessories with purchase, which wasn't even honored when I bought it (had expired but their ad was still running). Then they lost my phone in the DPD depot and I've gone nearly a whole week without access to my phone number and have been offered nothing but a replacement with no date. I took a day off work on Monday to receive the phone and it's still not here, I go abroad on Tuesday and no doubt will be going to a foreign country without a phone. Massive regret, happy to delete this review if you just sort this out... I've never had DPD lose anything I've sent/received until now.
Your customer support team are doing great but aren't given the resources to actually help you when you need it.
You may be doing the best you can but something has let me down

Don’t buy a phone from this company it has taken me days to stop them porting a phone and now they are saying my deal is with car phone warehouse not mobiles. Their customer service is horrendous and I will never be going anywhere near them in future
