To all the foreigners who come to Sri Lanka, please do not buy a mobitel connection as it sucks. Once you obtain the package foe data they will cheat. They will never give the exact data amount and always send messages that data finished. In certain days early morning they send messages that the data allowance for whole day is already finished thats also even without touching the phone. Thereafter they ask you to switch off all updates but after that also the data would finish as they cheat. Thereafter you will have to hang on their customer care calls for hours as they are so careless. Eventhough you visited to their office physically its no use. They will ask you to buy more data but same fate would be there for that data too. This is an experience by my self and many of my friends who use mobitel. One of the worst and cheating telecommunication companies in srilanka
