I miss My previous Moccamaster which was bought 10 years ago. Cofee is really not hot enough after making cofee with New Moccamaster.

This form is not in Finnish or English, so I have to quess. But if you are asking why not 5 stars? I don't like to be forced to order newsletter to get 10 year guarantee. It should be said in materials, if I unsuscribe, it will not apply anymore. Not sure how subscription will affect to my coffee makers trustability. So, now I have to filter these messages to trash 10 years.

Great machines, but absolutely DISGRACEFUL customer service.

My unit arrived broken. I returned it immediately using their label. THEIR carrier (DPD) lost the package.

Moccamaster now officially admits the loss but REFUSES to refund me until they get reimbursed by insurance.

They are holding my money hostage for their own logistical failures. This is illegal under EU Consumer Law.

I finally ordered another one on a french retailler website. Result : delivered in 2 days for 245€ instead of 288€, plus 2 free coffee bags. Still wainting for my refund from moccamaster tough.

My advice: If you want a Moccamaster, buy it from a local retailer who actually respects the law.

The Moccamaster One Switch is a beautifully minimalistic coffee machine that’s incredibly easy to use. It delivers consistently great-tasting coffee and looks elegant on the countertop.

Good price for a good product, shiny gold coating and stuff. Nice kitchen gadget for the coming years

Got my Moccamaster Optio some time ago. Great forest green finish. Excellent for breeing smaller portions, 2 to 3 cups, for smaller needs using the dedicated switch. Very satisfied with the machine.

Our old one was better quality. The lid to the water tank does not have the same snug fitting and is very slippery (compared to the old one)and is easy to drop .
The handle on the coffee filter holder is to short and has a sharp edge.
The coffee pot needs to be in a special spot or it will make noice. No problems with the old one.
For some reason it is very easy to spill coffee when you pour into cups and that never happened with the old one.
I wish we had bought another brand when the old one stopped working.

Great quality

Very happy with my new machine. The simplicity of design and execution is very appreciated. I recently had 2 smeg machines fail because of the water condensation on top which leaked around the bottom near the electric plug 🔌 😳 I specifically selected the mochamaster to avoid similar disappointment. Once put into service, I discovered that while there's simplicity to the design, there's great intelligence 👌 function over form rules the day

This makes good coffee, but the component quality and support is questionable. The cover for the water reservoir has developed micro cracks and the company won't replace it, but will sell you a new one for $12 plus shipping. Lame customer service.

The plastic details should be of better quality.

THE WORST! Do not buy a moccamaster, their customer service is down right hateful. It has been the worst customer service of my life. They will do everything in their power to not help you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Oh and their warranty of 5 years? yeah that does not exist. They are sharks!!!!!! you have been warned.

We got a Moccamaster as a wedding gift, which our friends brought over from Amsterdam to Copenhagen, where we live. When we tried using it, it was unfortunately not working. Without much hope, I contacted Moccamaster Denmark, and I was shocked to hear that not only could they help us, they could actually replace the brewer with a new one, at no cost. It was all arranged within a week and we now have a perfectly working Moccamaster that we are VERY happy with. I have to say this is the best customer service I've seen in years - a HUGE thank you to Maria from the Moccamaster Nordic team who helped us!
