Having to subscribe to the newsletter to get the full waranty is the lowest of the low. One of the reasons i considered MM in the 1st place was because of old company values. Not anymore. Would not recommend MM to anyone at this point. FIX YOUR WARANTY

A great product. Makes a perfect pot of coffee every time and it’s easy to clean. Replacement parts are readily available here in Finland too!

In Finland Moccamaster has become a concept of coffee making. Excellent products that lasts forever. There is no home in Finland where you cannot find Moccamaster.

Moccamaster er mest kendt for sine kaffemaskiner, men faktisk har de også et udvalg af kaffekværne. Vi har nu haft en Moccamaster Kaffekværn KM 18" i godt et år, og er i det store og hele tilfreds med den, men jeg synes den mangler en vigtig detalje, nemlig en stopanordning, så man kan sætte kværnen til at køre, medens man hælder vand på kaffemaskinen og sætter kaffefilter i tragten. Det tager ca. et halvt minut at male bønner til fire kopper kaffe = ca. 3 timer om året, som kunne anvendes til andre ting. Jeg har skrevet til firmaet og foreslået dem at udvikle sådan en dims. Gerne en, som kan sættes på de kværne, som de allerede har solgt, men de (gider ikke?) svarer ikke.

Moccamaster is best known for its coffee machines, but in fact they also have a range of coffee grinders. We have now had a Moccamaster coffee grinder KM 18" for well over a year, and are generally satisfied with it, but I think it lacks an important detail, namely a stop device, so that you can set the grinder to run while you pour water on the coffee machine and puts coffee filter in the funnel. It takes about half a minute to grind beans for four cups of coffee = about 3 hours a year that could be used for other things. I have written to the company and suggested that they develop such a device. Preferably one that can be put on the grinders they've already sold, but they (don't bother?) don't respond.
