The chair I ordered is very comfortable for my husband at his computer desk. I did have some difficulty positioning the screws and washers due to slight angles and a very tight fit of the arm rests. Now that it’s secured properly, it works fine.

Product came on time and in tact, ordered a glass door office cabinet hutch. A bit confusing to assemble (only a diagram, no instructions), I made a few small mistakes I had to undo, but everything turned out fine. Very sturdy. It came with drywall anchors, though... and this thing definitely should not be held up by drywall anchors, so I just drilled my own holes into studs. It uses French cleats and feels very sturdy.

We did receive our order of 2 L shaped desk. However one of the desk tops and side were damaged in transport. However I have been in contact with Matthew and he is in the process of replacing the parts.

This is the second order from Modern Office. They are great to do business with, especially, the pricing and expediency of delivery. I know I made the right choice.

In general all was great. The assembly instructions were a little hard to understand.

The customer service was excellent. I had a big problem with one of the pieces of a chair that I paid about $400 for. They worked with me and got the arm replaced. But the quality of the chairs are not what I would expect for the price. I have let the company know that I was dissatisfied with the quality. Places on the wood that were not totally stained and completed and places where the material didn't cover the white batting underneath.

I ordered a pretty expensive chair from them over a year ago. Over time the gas cilynder started to fail but I was honestly not thinking of it as anything other than an inconvenience. Then, a bolt snapped on the arm. I reached out to Support and got an email the next morning. New parts to fix the chair being sent out to me. No hassle, no BS, just a company standing behind their product. I feel very good about buying from them with a 5 year warranty. Thank you for not only doing right, but making it painless and easy to deal with.
