As a developer, Modrinth is an upgrade to other coding-related applications. It has a clean GUI and is very easy to navigate and use. Other applications offer the same services as Modrinth, however, Modrinth is simply more organized. So far, I have had no problems and I can check programs before I run them to make sure they aren't malicious.

Great mod hosting platform!
They have a very clean UI, the ads are non-intrusive, they have great compatibility and I haven't had any problems. I also really like open source things as I am very cautious when downloading things, but open source just means I can look through the code and see that there is nothing bad! Overall just great. Haven't had any problems with the platform itself.

They force you to use Generative AI for support
They force you to go through Generative AI to get support
They moved from a Discord channel to a new website feature where you can open a chat for support.
There's 2 problems to this.
1: It forces you to interact with Generative AI even if doing so goes against your moral compass due to how it's trained
2: It's simply slower and less efficient than the discord version, where literally any member of the server could come help you out; the estimated response time in the new system is a whole day. A WHOLE DAY WAITING FOR SUPPORT.

It is the perfect site for minecrat modding
It is the perfect site for minecraft modding, it takes care of every detail, is managed by modders, is open source, easy to use, pays 100% of the advertising on your project page, has no intrusive advertising, has a free and open api, has good performance, they fix bugs fast, it pays twice as much as curseforge having only one ad on the mod page (besides curseforge has very intrusive ads and even +18), it has good search filters, it allows mods, resource packs, data packs, shaders, plugins and modpacks, it is simply better in every aspect than curseforge.

Modrinth - The Best Website for Minecraft Content
Modrinth is an open-source website with a really clean UI. It provides the user with mods, data packs, resource packs and more! Their community is super nice and they are extremely approachable. There is no other website for Minecraft modifications like it. Would definitely recommend using for installing Minecraft content!
