This company needs to be closed and website shut down, it is taking orders and payments and doing nothing BEWARE!

I bought 2 IPad cases early in January, they didn’t fit and I wanted to exchange them for ones that did. Despite several emails and phone calls they never responded, in fact all you can do is leave a message on their answer phone but they have never called me back. I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau and they suggested I send them a letter by recorded delivery which I did, I tracked the letter and someone signed for it, however several weeks later it was returned to me with “not known at this address” written across the envelope. The CAB are saying they aren’t prepared to get Trading Standards involved at this stage but something is seriously wrong with this company and I strongly recommend anyone not to buy anything from them. I bought these covers on their web site, it’s a shame I didn’t buy through Amazon as I would have kicked up such a stink about it I would have tried to get them banned as sellers on there. I looked on Amazon today and Mofred Products are still trading on there. I don’t know why they treat people like this or indeed what’s changed as I’ve bought covers from them a few years ago and had no issues.

Ordered a kindle fire case on 12th August 2023. Was told I get an email when the order had been despatched 27th August NOTHING! Email bounced back!!!!!!!

Ordered cover online for my old IPad mini three weeks ago, still waiting. My reply to their confirmation email bounced, the contact tel number is not in service. Have sent further email to what looks like a personal email but am not hopeful having read other reviews here. Company is listed at Companies House as active.

Similar to Chris Thorpe, except I ordered an ipad 5 case, but the wrong one arrived. Also, their returns email address doesn’t work. It’s a shame, because I’ve had a mofred case previously, which was good quality. Now a company to be avoided

Ordered a Nexus 7 case online. They happily debited my card but never delivered. I Phoned 0208-211-0228 and a woman answered but immediately hung up (sounded like a fed up residential number). Saw this other number 0203 302 6990 but not in service.
I think I shall just have give up on this purchase.

Order an iPad case it never arrived . No way to contact them. Scammers?

Scammers (also known as MBH Trading ltd) ordered a kindle fire case and paid for expedited delivery. Never arrived and no response to any emails.

I purchased an iPad case in 2017. It was fine until it recently started to dissintigrate. I noticed there was a lifetime guarantee. I attempted to contct Mofred. E mails go unanswered and none of their telephone numbers are receiving calls. This is extremely disappointing service
