I had a delivery of 2 cement coffee tables yesterday. UPS did not follow the explicit instructions on handling the crates and one of the tables is damaged and unusable. I called MOHD to report the problem and they promptly reported the problem to UPS and are sending a replacement table by FedEx today!

I had a great experience with them. Even though there was a problem with one shipment, not due to their fault, but the manufacturer, i was guided with patience by Marilena, and all issues were resolved with no expense on my behalf, just patience on both sides. Thank you for your professionalism!

The selection of quality products at Mohd are great. The prices are reasonable too. The lead time to receive the products in Geneva was longer than I expected but the customer services team are incredible and kept me informed well. There was some damage done in transit to a very heavy bookcase, I was worried that a resolution would take a long time but in fact, Silviana closed the case within a day. They returned me cash to get the repair done locally. I am very happy with the products and the service from Mohd.

Ordered Item 15.2.26 Till 15.3.26 is still not in Warehouse due to delay got a Message so the delivery should be between 7-17.4.26 lets see if the make it possible.

Its a good price comparing to others but if they can not deliver in 2 Months i can not recomend this

What was particularly good about the service supplied by MOHD is that when unfortunately a part of the lamp I had ordered arrived broken, they sent me a replacement part entirely free of charge. Oreste in customer service was fantastic! Overall, they are very responsive to inquiries. Most of my orders have been received in perfect condition and when there was a problem, they addressed it immediately.

Do not order from Mohd! I honestly cannot think of a worse or more frustrating experience. My order was supposed to arrive in October of 2025. It is now March and my order has still not been received.

I ordered a non-custom piece that said it was in stock, 4 week delivery. I was given last minute delay after delay with very little communication in between. I finally received confirmation the order was shipping in early February 2026. I excitedly received my order just to find half of the parts were missing!

Days later, Mohd responded they had made a mistake packing my order and now it would be delayed another 4 weeks.

These people are amateur, incompetent and stuck up. Do not order from them.

Although mistakes can sometimes happen, it’s truly a pleasure to deal with professionals who show such a positive attitude and commitment to resolving them quickly and effectively.

A special thank you to Marilena for her attention, kindness, and genuine willingness to improve a service that is already very good. Her approach truly makes the difference.

Beautiful assortment of products but unfortunately, I am having a pretty bad experience with customer service and their logistics service.
Several months ago, I bought several pieces of furniture (two sofas, a dining table, six chairs), and they finally arrived at their warehouse in early February.
I then asked for a quote for the delivery of the aforementioned furniture three weeks ago, but I have not received any response to date. Furthermore, my contact person has ghosted me for the past ten days, while my furniture (for which I have obviously already paid a deposit) is practically being held hostage by Mohd.
Very frustrating and unpleasant experience.
