Excellent Customer Care and Fair Resolution
I ordered a designer table from a well-known Italian brand, and delivery was very fast. The furniture arrived in professional and sturdy packaging to Sweden. Unfortunately, there was a potential manufacturing defect or an oversight in quality control.
I contacted Mohd’s customer service, and they offered me a good discount. I accepted it to avoid the hassle of the return process. What I appreciate most is the goodwill shown by their team and their focus on resolving the issue to my satisfaction.
No delivery, no communication
No delivery, no communication. Endless chasing FedEx (not my responsibility as receiving party) and MOHD to get this sorted; all to no avail… absolutely rubbish.
Update: they’re in possession of all relevant info. Nevertheless, nothing has happened. Utter rubbish this company: stay away.

I received my dinnerware items in good order, shipped from Italy to Singapore, no breakages or scratches. Item were packed very well. Roberto was very helpful with the discount code and order placements.

I ordered chest of drawers from Mohd, but I got the item with several factory mistakes. I contacted their customer service and the problem was solved very easy and quickly. I will get complitelly new item.
You just have to take photos of unpacked item where they can see the box from outside together with factory mistakes from on the item.

Customers beware - terrible customer experience with no follow through after payment
**UPDATE and increase in rating from 1 star to 2** within a couple of hours of posting the original review, two helpful Mohd team members contacted me. I can now access the online portal (the wrong link had been sent previously, and I was consistently being told that the issue was on my side).
I am now able to see more information on my order. I will update this review further when the item is delivered. I do very much appreciate the quick outreach, however, it should not have taken me posting a review to address a simple issue. Stay tuned****
I had very high hopes for the team at Mohd, but I feel compelled to write this review to warn potential customers—especially anyone considering a high-value order.
I ordered an Astep pendant lamp and the process was a mess from the start. First, I was quoted an incorrect price. Then, despite multiple calls and speaking with several staff members, my order was not actually placed. After weeks of chasing and many phone calls, I finally managed to place the order.
At that point, I was told that all details,including delivery information, would be provided “asap.” The website indicated the item would be available in 10–12 days. No information ever arrived. When I followed up, I was told this was an “IT issue” on my side and that I should be able to see everything through their customer platform. I repeatedly tried to access the platform and could not, and many of my emails were ignored or did not address my queries.
Each time I called, I was told someone would follow up by email with further details, yet that follow-up never came.
The overall lack of accountability was shocking, and the customer service attitude was poor. In particular, Martina was openly antagonistic, despite the fact that I placed the order on 27 January and by 10 February I had still received no information on its status or when to expect delivery.
If you’re considering placing a high-value order, think twice. This was an exhausting, time-consuming experience with very little ownership from the company.
PS - I still have not received my order.

Order made early November and not delivered yet! Even better some items will not be available for shipping before end of April - 6 months for a chair! event the other "custom made" items were available before... Had to buy temporary furniture because of this outstanding delay, available furniture cannot be shipped in 2 shipments... I have no words

Great client service
I ordered on this website 2 kartell products. One of them had a problem during the transport and was damaged. I had some great support from the client service (Marilena) who was very responsive and arranged a solution quickly. I am very happy with my experience.
The mohd website has a large choice of products of designers and their prices are competitive.
No customer support
Can't get in touch with a human for customer support. All I get are responses from their AI agent, and when I'm escalated, I get nothing. I've reached out to them twice via email, and once a day via the chat agent for three days straight.
The main complaint is the unexpected delivery fees. I also want to return a product, but I doubt they'll even get back to me, so I guess this is the outcome they're hoping for.

DELIVERY UPDATE !
Within 24 hours after writing my Trustpilot review a very helpful person from MOHD Customer Service telephoned me to say he would investigate my delayed order. The next day I received an email saying our missing stools would be delivered as soon as possible. The following week our missing items were delivered !

Poor delivery times and missing items.
My delivery finally arrived after several delays but of the 11 items I had ordered - 4 kitchen stools were not delivered with my order. I contacted Mohd customer service to confirm the missing items but 2 weeks have now past and I have had just one email reply, This email was to say they were "looking into where the stools were" but have had no reply since. I have sent several emails which have had no reply at all ! Very frustrated !

Item defective, customer service helpful...
I ordered a set of wall shelves which when they arrived each had chips to the paint. This was obviously frustrating but looking at other reviews here doesn't seem to be uncommon at Mohd, perhaps they need to improve their quality control before sending out defective items?
On the plus side, customer service has been helpful and have resolved the issue by sending me a replacement shelf. Time will tell whether it will be in good condition or not... But the 4 stars is purely for the customer service and their willingness to resolve the issue.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The listing said the item I wanted would be 4-5 weeks delivery. I purchased on line, and the confirmation estimated delivery at 8-10 weeks. At 7 weeks I was notified my purchase is in the warehouse and they will ship as soon as I pay. I sent a request for a link to pay by credit card and got no reponse. I have been writing for a week and -- nothing! So frustrating. Terrible customer service. And who knows when I will get the item.
