Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 120 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people found the game's design to be heavily focused on encouraging spending, making it nearly impossible to progress or complete objectives without constant purchases. Customers frequently reported issues with the product itself, such as receiving duplicate items instead of needed rare ones, rewards disappearing, and the game constantly glitching or freezing. The customer service was widely criticized for being unhelpful, dismissive, and providing generic responses, especially regarding account suspensions or lost progress. However, some customers initially found the game fun and addictive, appreciating its concept and ability to serve as a stress reliever.

Don’t download this game

I used to really enjoy this game when I started playing it 3 years ago, I switched from dice dreams to monopoly go. But in the past year I haven’t enjoyed it as much. The rewards started to become slim and very skimpy. I waste over hundreds of rolls just to get maybe 200 dice and maybe a million dollars in rewards. It obvious this game is rigged and they want you to buy into it in order to win. Specially the peg e mini game. I will always get the lowest or second to lowest slot. And maybe id once in a while spend money but I never will with no rewarding system. I will probably no longer be playing this unless it’s to pass time in my drs office. I’m probably gonna switch back to dice dreams as their systems have made it more reward friendly. You guys truly are running this game into the ground, and knowing you’ve made many millions off your players makes me not wanna play anymore.

Btw this is the review I’ve tried posting on MonopolyGOs apple App Store 4 times… and would not post. So I will no longer be using it. They definitely pay for good reviews because how can on apple App Store be 4.8 reviews but on here not even 2 star reviews. Totally bootycheeks game.

The game is fun

The game is fun, I don't see why the reviews are so low when they don't have any ads and do have lots of events and ways to get ahead in game without spending any money. I've been playing for a couple of years now and I have to say that I really enjoy it, even if the main gameplay loop is watching your icon run around a board. If I were to state any issues, I suppose it does stray rather far from the actual rules of the game it's based on (Monopoly)- but, it's a mobile game meant for constant single-player play, so I can see why. I am wondering, though, how long it will take for Hasbro to make an actual Monopoly mobile game that lets you play real Monopoly on the go.

SCAMERS

If i could i would give 0 stars. They suspended my account in the middle of playing the game then ghosted me and replied after the whole day of waiting that i was using modified version of app which is the one from Google play store that I've been using for over a year. I lost my daily progress i lost in tournament and off course i lost in event. So no don't ever install this because they'll keep screwing u up👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎

Rigged!

Been playing for a while, NEVER spent money on this though and won’t. Game is heavily rigged especially for pinball rewards or anything the normally would spin a wheel or in the real world produce a random result. Not impressed. Also unless you want to spend lots of money on the cards to win, forget it!

This is geared for PAY TO PLAY.

They really should just charge people to download this game and charge them for everything. Between all the animations and restricted trading/gifting. The only way to get most things in this game, extra dice types, token pieces, sticker books completed is to spend 100's daily. Most of the population doesn't have billions of dollars in their banks or wealth portfolio. How about thinking of the AVERAGE PERSON who is deprived of making living wages by the FILTHY RICH BILLIONAIRES when designing free games. Also would be nice to start specialty trade periods for the same time the quick wins reset so people actually have a chance to request those cards.

If I could give it a 0 I would

If I could give it a 0 I would , this game is absolutely a joke . I've been waiting over 24 hours for customer service to get back with me on the five hundred dice they owe me and still nothing. You can't get anywhere in this game unless you pay a lot of money for stuff. Just another foreign ran app trying to screw people .... Skip this game at all cost

They are lying to me

The bottoms win is wrong. Some-things happened because I should be on the one before the purple pack day tomorrow. I ALWAYS get up and do my quick wins at the bottom right. Very disappointing. See screenshot. They claim that I missed a day. I don’t miss days. I need those purple packs.,They are basically saying I’m lying. Something did mess up on my game this week but I can’t remember if it was that or what. I’ll take screenshots for now on. They probably won’t believe that either. I always do the tasks!!’ I have spent a ton of money on this game and I will stop if they don’t compromise with me before the album is up.

They had a crash

They had a crash. And my game glitches 3+ different times and being new, I had no idea they had customer support so I complained what happened on one of their post... few hours later players started getting compensated... mostly players posting they had no idea about the glitch. But myself... was trading stickers trying to get dice to get flags so I could pick a better race team. I only had like 1,500 flags and I didn't feel that was adequate. But the glitch happened and my race was gone, my flags, I cleared out, retried... every Lil bit I would recheck is this glitch fixed I experienced another one where there was a white box over screen and my dice disappeared that whole area was gone dice icon thing... gone... I cleared out... and got in but the white box moved to the place my flags was and said race starting soon... which means I couldn't collect more flags because none was on my board... and who would roll their dice after their dice disappeared. I go back into the app and not only do i get to NOT pick my teammates I get put with players/bots? That i don't know that's not my mogo friends... race starts but no teams moves because of the tragedy we experienced... for hours... I finally see someone talk about mogo customer support and I ask how do I contact them... and of course its a bot. And I get scripted mass reply. Then im supposed to be ok with it? I was counting on this for my album and they hijacked my game... but yet they pat me on my head and basically say nothing for 24 hours then I get a generic general mass reply and basically says oh well, we will try to do better ... that's it. I never got to personalize how this affected me. Because they don't care and don't have time to care. Then I'm supposed to end this cold transaction with a I understand prompt.... bish Dufuq I will.... um nope 🙅‍♀️ 😐

This game used to be from good to very bad. good to play.

This game used to be good to play.
The pure greed has got the better of them. For the past 6 months or so they have been upgrading there greed. Every time there was an upgrade it was a down grade on the game. Games are supposed to be fun. Not this one. It is so badly fixed in there favour. Nothing in the game is random. If you are thinking about playing this game don't waste your time it ain't fun. Just a waste of time.

I loved this game when I first started…

I loved this game when I first started playing, it was fun and really addictive- me and my friends would excitedly talk about what stickers to exchange and could complete and win some of the side games and partner events…now, unless you buy dice it’s pretty much impossible. If you do win a game, you use pretty much all your dice and you’re getting duplicate golds that never end up in the blitz. This album, no one seems to have any duplicate 5* cards to trade, it’s become a joke. The rewards for the dice you have to use are pathetic and it’s sapped all the fun out of playing.
With just 17 days left on the album I still need 20 cards (mostly gold) yet u have 3/4 duplicates of some gold cards.

Waste of time unfortunately now.

They don't want to improve

I love monopoly but can't decide if this game wants your cash or your Facebook friends more. I left a damming review a couple of years ago, however decided to play again because I love Manopoly. What a waste of time my last review was, because they still try and milk you for cash, and mine your Facebook. They have gone a step further before I uninstalled the game for the last time I thought I was doing well I had 600 plus bonus somethings but only if I joined a team no doubt needing to share something I already chose not toeverytime I signed in. I would love to delete any records of me ever being stupid enough to waste my time and money playing this excuse " of a game ". However if it is possible I can't find out how. I don't expect this review ever to see the light of day if it does not for long. So if you are looking to fill in some time on the bus or between jobs, my advice is stab yourselves with a blunt pencil. It so much better than the relation you have been milked by a algorithm doing exactly what it is developed to do.
