I have invited two people to the game now and didn't get any rewards. Customer service said the person I invited either didn't ckick on my link or already had the game installed at some point ,When I inquired about my reward and brought the one of the first person I invited , the excuse was that the game must have been downloaded on that device before. I told told the representative told me the game me the game was downloaded already. ..who cares! It doesn't make her less of a new user°° !!¡!!
So disappointed.

The game is rigged they only give rewards to the people who spend money. So they give you enough to move forward in game but dont let you finish.. I would never spend money on a free game. The game is a waist. So now I would like to thank mr m for being a cheat, cuz now we have Saturday game night with family and friends and win actual money🙂 so if your one to spend money the game is for you, but if you dont spend money the game is pointless.

Because I have not screen shot of monopoly go rebutting three times when I was about to collect. They won’t help. And compensate for it. I am not a complainer. I spent a big chunk of money too. Fine. But for them not to compensate when things go wrong. I’m not ok with. I’m not asking for much. How hard is it to give extra dice or something. But oooo that breaks their bank. Really if you don’t keep the ones who spend money and do a little to replace a malfunction. They stop playing. The money stops. I’m definitely upset how they handled this. I’m done. For such a money hungry game you’d think they would give a little. Not hard to see I didn’t receive the prizes. So shame on the company. They didn’t even want to hear it. I can’t even prove the rebuts. Shameful! Walk away. I don’t recommend! There’s three times maybe even 4 times. Too the point I complained. Community chest partner part.

I just read a review saying that this game is super bad and it’s rigged. I’ve never spent one penny and I’m in the tycoon club. Are you kidding me? This is the best game ever. If you think this game is bad because you don’t know how to monopoly the board is because you’re bad at math and because you just suck in general this is an amazing game

Totally rigged tournaments. I started 8 minutes before it was ending. 1st place had 400. I made 160 in tournament and EVERYTIME I got more - it pushed me further and further back. Started at number 12. With 1st place as I said at 400. Suddenly I get up to 160 within 4.3 minutes and first is at 3800??? TOTAL BS. I spent $15 on this for a Xmas stocking stuffer gift to myself and I will never drop another dime. In cancelling the game and going to tell everyone I know this is a total BS bot ridden, rigged game!

HORRIBLE. Planko time is way to short what so ever just to win all prizes in 24 hours. people dont have straight 24 hours just to earn the prizes. 3 days would be better. Any even that goes on i do notice people spend money they probably dont have or wasted just to win prizes.

I was enjoying the game so much that I was spending some money to get ahead to receive better Rewards. Be careful when doing this because you can get rewards and you can get ahead but at any time they can remove these Rewards without any answers other than they are trying to let others enjoy the game and they are working things out trying to fix it. So do not spend money in the game it's okay to play it yes if you're bored yes otherwise it is a rip off I do spend money just to get the rewards and to get ahead, but when I did that they had removed all my rewards and set it up the way they wanted to to where I received Less almost as if they want you to spend more money it took me a year to get where I was so you can imagine. My role regeneration my role capacity was removed taken down to like when I first started, which took an entire year to get where I was as it was. So do not spend money in this game they can remove Rewards, they can take away whenever however they choose and no explanation other than they are trying to make the game happy for everyone so by taking away from those who actually pay to play or play all the time you will lose. It's a scam

Once you earn so much roll capacity and regeneration they take it away. Nothing about beta testing in my terms and conditions. There’s a lot of people effected other than myself and nothing about it in terms and conditions do not invest a dollar in the game.

This is the most rigged game ever if u not spending money your not going no where ever thing is rigged u don't get to pick on bank heist it's all ready pre pick I've seen with my own eyes the minute u stop spending money you're luck is gone

I play this everyday collecting stickers and dice, when I enter races etc other teams just zoom past using thousands of flags, hmmm I then realized something ain’t right how can they have so much flags in so little time, I then started to investigate and asked numerous people of a screen shot of their game, to my surprise they all had hundreds of thousands of dice and trillions in money, there is no point competing in any of the games as you will lose (guaranteed), I’m still trying to work out how they got so much as they haven’t paid for it, the game is rigged and now I know this stuff it’s not fun anymore, everyone must boycott this game especially if your paying for extras, spend it on a cinema ticket or something

The only album I’ve ever completed was when I spent money on the game. It is definitely rigged in the favor of monopoly go’s greedys little pow wow owners. It’s a great concept of a game but there claim to RNG is how things fall is false in my opinion

I'm on level 471, I still only receive 400/400 dice, my friends who are lower are receiving 800/800 dice

The worst customer service ever! The game can do no wrong and honestly such a scam of a game.

Game cheats you constantly and the customer service is completely useless, they're actually BEYOND useless.

It's a horrible company at its worst American greed. That's what this company is all about. Their site crashed. I was in first I had 20,000 dice. This is the biggest rig game I've ever played. Like the race that is going on now. My team has only gotten the weight twice since the game has started and we're in final race. Two other teams have thrown 25 weights on us. You do the math. My group will never participate in another race. Should put in this happens every race event. The sticker albums are also rigged. Me and my wife play with our daughter and grandchildren. Trying to get them to collect anything from a win but this corrupt game they can't have any fun with.

Wish I never downloaded because first off you can’t win anything without spending money. Then they put out an article about how they don’t mess with the algorithm but that is a lie. I had plenty of opportunities to get a wild card as I needed one card to complete my album and they purposely sabotaged me because they wanted someone to spend $60 on a wild card. Bunch of crock shit and I deleted the app. They really should be ashamed setting up people to fail.

I have been a faithful player of monopoly but it constantly glitches and gives very very poor customer service. As I just completed my album and received my final sticker, they keep track of your progress and know I completed the game only for them to deny me my credits on the game and show I completed it. I messaged them and even with records showing i completed plus I have screenshot they refused to acknowledge I completed the ge album and give me the advance dice and token. They scam you even if you pay to buy more dice

They tried to resolve the problem with a trash coupon. If I could give them no stars I would. Too expensive and they cheat you out of your money. I will not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional

This game is so rigged that I'm going to prove how I had an orange pack from the chest two SWAT pack a purple pack a blue pack all in one day today and I still didn't get my last sticker that I needed those odds are so ridiculously astronomically impossible
