I was stollen by this app
I had €30.47 in my account balance and requested a transfer to my Brazilian bank account. After that, the money simply disappeared.
Since August, I have contacted customer support multiple times. On several occasions, I was promised that the amount would be returned, but to this day, nothing has been refunded.
There is always an excuse or a generic response saying the issue is being handled, yet no real solution is provided. It is extremely frustrating to keep receiving promises without any action.
It may not be a large amount, but it is my money. The lack of transparency and accountability is very disappointing.

Acoustic signals do not work
Motorway fees are regularly recorded and charged, but the acoustic signals the device should give when passing the gate does not work, so you never know whether it has worked properly or not.

Nothing new, really, but competitive for the costs
Operation equal to other electronic toll services, competitive cost compared to other national systems. Nothing new, in fact the device is exactly the same as Telepass.
