I would not use it for Venice
I would not use it for Venice. Instead, buy a pass at one the local booths. For some reason, the QR code generated by the MooneyGo app is not recognized by the readers and the turnstiles do not open. We had to buy another pass and discard the one on the app. Waiting now for a refund from MooneyGo

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I've had a case going on about paying out my balance for several weeks and no one will help. None of the employees speak English and ask to receive an email, which is not answered anyway.
