I ordered some spare parts for the Bluey scavenger hunt game,as my daughter lost some of hers. I only ordered them last week and they arrived this morning. I was expecting them to take at least 2 weeks with us being in United kingdom. But they only took a week.

Hi, yes, my son and I are new to the Goo Jit Zu action figures, and these toys are great, especially for little ones. We had 2 of our Goo Jit Zu start leaking water, and they were quick to respond and replace both of them for us. Again, thank y’all for helping us and providing these amazing toys.

I have a special little boy who is infatuated with the Mr. Beast alpha lab swarms. I reached out to the Moose toys team in hopes they could help us achieve completing our set by sending me the final three swarms that we were lacking. Well, let me just say, they went above and beyond more than I could ever expect. They sent me a care package with a sweet hand written note, thanking me for my loyalty. What an amazing company. We will continue to support them and buy their toys!! Thanks guys! We love you!

We got the Really Real Puppy Patches for my sons birthday. After two months it stopped working completely. I reached out to Moose Toys and they sent over a replacement for the puppy very quickly. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Moose Toys. My son is so happy that his puppy is talking again!

Reached out to Moosetoys, as my son's akeedo figure that we bought in Japan was getting stuck and unusable. My son was very disappointed as we could not return to the store there, but Moosetoys customer service went above and beyond as one of the major Akeedo distributors to make it right and send us a replacement. Amazing and quick service. Well done.

I purchased a set of Bluey family figures for my Granddaughter but unfortunately one of the figures was slightly damaged.

We bought a Heroes of Go Jit Zu Jurassic World Velociraptor Blue Moose Brand Toy on Amazon for our 7 year old son who is absolutely obsessed with dinosaurs! Unfortunately the second day, the toy broke, so we contacted Moose Toys. I was so surprised how quickly they responded and that they were going to send a replacement! My son was so happy!! It was a relief to have such a great customer service experience!! Thank you Moose Toys!!

I called moose toys when our mama surprise pet hamster stopped working. They were very receptive, and it was obvious that they were anxious to resolve our problem. They sent us a new hamster and now it works perfectly! Thank you for making my granddaughter so happy!

My daughter received a fridge frigo freeze cake as a late Xmas.gift. On opening it the cuddly toy did not shiver or work even with new batteries, I contacted moosetoys support via email and they sent a replacement very quickly which cheered up my 9 year old girl, excellent.customer service and communication, highly recommend

My son loves the goo jit zu toys. He received one for Christmas that was damaged. We didn't have a receipt since it was a gift, but I contacted customer service and they sent him two new characters. Even though they sent different characters (based on availability), my son was super thrilled because they sent some of his favorite deep goo sea characters. The customer service associate was friendly to work with, and they provided great service that made my son very happy. We are now happy to continue building his goo jit zu collection!

My son was missing a few accessories from his Bluey House, and when I contacted Customer Service they were more than happy to help. They sent them out without any fuss! My little boy was delighted! Great Team and very friendly!

My son loves Akedo. We had a small issue with one of the figurines, and when I reached out to their customer service Moose Toys went over and above to make it right. My son was so thrilled! My little girl is 2 & has Autism. Her special interest is cookeez makery and she is absolutely obsessed. We have the biggest collection ever and they are the only toy that make my daughter happy. She is Cookeez Makerys biggest fan!

She was desperate for the Unicorn Tart, but after buying almost 30 toasty treatz, we still couldn't find it. My daughter was beginning to get really upset, so I reached out to Moose Toys with a photo of my daughter & her full collection. They were so fast to respond and help us! They sent my daughter the Unicorn Tart for free. My daughter was the happiest I've ever seen her. We will never forget what Moose Toys did for her and we are forever grateful.

I had a great experience with customer service. When my child opened their pixie they accidently cut through the magic pixie potion. I contacted costumer service and they promptly got back with me. There was some confusion on my end on which type of solution I needed them to replace, so they sent me an entire new replacement in the mail, along with two smaller pixie toys. My kiddo was super upset when she messed up the original toy (that was a birthday gift), so it was exciting to see her open a new package with extra toys. It did take a few weeks to get the replacement- but I think this was due to our location. We will be repeat customers.

My son is OBSESSED with the goo jitzu toys he has a good collection going right now. When we got him one from the binky fairy for giving up his binkies finally he was playing with it and notice liquid coming out of its mouth. It was the one that talks so we were concerned. I contacted the company and they were so helpful and made my son's day they sent a new goo guy (as my son calls them) and a bonus one. He was beyond excited to receive 2 of them when he only expected one and he knew it possibly wouldn't be the same one that was damaged but he was still happy. They sent him one as fast as they could and were super nice with the whole experience. I recommend them to everyone and tell everyone that that's all my son wants for anything lol. Thank you again for being such an awesome company and making a really cool toy.

Twice my son has had Akedo Warriors break and both time Moose Toys Customer Services have been courteous, professional, helpful and absolutely brilliant with their responses.
