I came to this clinic trusting their professionalism and promises, but ended up feeling harassed, manipulated, and completely unsupported. After agreeing to a price match (which they advertise), I was pressured by Ravi mid-treatment to overpay while lying vulnerable with numbing cream on my face. I never received written confirmation, only vague "internal notes" I was never shown—classic bait-and-switch.

The numbing cream was left on far too long, causing visible skin irritation and emotional distress. I left in tears.

Still waiting on a formal apology, compensation, and for them to take accountability.
