I cannot thank the team at Morson that…

I cannot thank the team at Morson that have helped me find employment, after being furloughed indefinitely to then be made redundant, it has been a very worrying and anxious time for me, but these ladies have been so kind, caring, thoughtful and reassuring throughout my employment search. They deserve recognition for their excellent customer service skills.

Unprofessional

Lost documents, multiple DBS checks not required that I had to pay for. Lack of understanding about IR35. Lack of communication about the role, progress of application, progress of onboarding.
Morson are part of Manpower Group and the other agency who I have had problems with (missed and late payments) were also part of Manpower (even worse).

The whole experience was great

The whole experience was great, super communication and the Morson staff are very polite and friendly and always ready to assist with any problems i encountered.
A couple of times the software failed and needed to contact Morson who dealt with the issue promptly.
Being informed from the outset that certain documents could only be completed on a desktop was very helpful and saved time finding out the hard way.
