Approached MAB after being recommended by a friend, advisor initially really helpful and promising, listened to me, took advice from a senior colleague and got back to me. Asked for documents to be uploaded and he would go away and get back to me within a few days. Documents all uploaded with all my personal details on. Advisor failed to get back in touch with me… despite multiple calls and emails I am yet to hear anything back. Appreciate my case was complex, but if it wasn’t achievable I’d expect honesty and some communication. Really disappointed. Went to another broker who listened to me and helped me.

Ioni has made this whole experience pleasant and easy. We hit a few bumps in the road with the whole process on our side and she took it in her stride and continued to give excellent service. I will highly recommend her to friends or family. She kept up communication throughout the process and made clear and concise step by step instructions for anything and everything she needed from us.

Jordan Smith at MAB is friendly, easy to communicate with, explains the process well, he takes his time to make you feel at ease.

My mortgage advisor was Jack Drinkwater and I couldn’t fault him or his case manager (Andrew Guest) I have used him twice now for gaining a mortgage and he has provided me with the best advice, I have been able to ask him any questions to which he has replied to efficiently and he always looks for what’s best for his clients, I successfully gained a mortgage but even now he will keep looking to make sure I have the best deal and I couldn’t thank him enough for helping me. Andrew has also been great in making sure that I am kept up to date with the process

Josh has been great from start to finish. He fully explained all parts of the process for securing a mortgage and why they were being done. He has always been available for any questions or queries with responses being made very quickly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. He is knowledgeable, personable and answers all of my questions. He has a way of explaining things that would usually confuse me, to make complete sense!

He went above any beyond to find the best deal for my situation and kept me updated every step of the way. Paul has dealt with all of my mortgages/remortgages for a number of years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Both me and my partner where really happy to work with Jack from he Nottingham branch of MAB - his advice was very sound and he was patient with both of us and reassuring the entire way with us both being FTBs.

He had a good balance of being pragmatic and getting stuff over the line, without making us feel bogged in legal terminology-hell and was open to discuss anything and everything that came to mind.
