Subscribed to a newspaper,was told I would receive a $10.00 Walmart card. Weeks passed, I called the paper to ask where is the card ? They said 'to watch for an envelope from Florida'. Never arrived. Called again, was given a phone number to call. I chose to write instead. And to check other's reviews ! This doesn't sound good. It's been 2 months now-how much trouble is it to send a gift card ?!

This company will be super kind and compassionate with you. To see your logo on the item you need to put in your entire credit card information, shipping address and mailing address. This had made me timid but I went along. The woman was reassuring they would not charge the card without us saying to the product. It took two days of stressing. She kept saying she sent me the email and it did not come even to this day. However their conversation with me I could email to myself. Then the biggest thing happened. They needed all of my personal important information before saying that the item we had been talking about was out of stock. Wow so now this company knows everything about me, has my credit card and not the product within the same minute. Very peculiar and convenient for them. I would not use or recommend Motivators.

Placed an order for custom printed Post-it Notes. When the proof was sent, the company sent two proofs....one was for the artwork I provided, the other was for a "suggested design". I called the artist and discussed the designs because the suggested design they created didn't fit in the image area of the product. I was told to just approve my original design which is what I did. Received the post-it notes and their suggested design is what was printed. In addition, the ink that we selected was their standard Blue PMS 300. It DOESN'T SAY ANYWHERE on the website or the proof that the image would be screened lighter, but they screened it so that it prints very light. We did not ask for that and wanted the true solid Blue PMS 300 which was also indicated on the proof. The company now refuses to reprint the post-it notes. Unfortunately, their automated electronic system does not provide you with a final copy of what you signed off on, so I have no proof to show that I signed off on my original design.

Don't do business with this company. I reached out to customer service and after a phone call and several emails explaining the situation to both the customer service agent and his manager, they still aren't making it right. Wasted $400.

Ciara was great. She was very pleasant and friendly. She helped my customize my order.

My experience with Cara was beyond excellent. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond by recommending items I needed and included photos as well. She returned emails promptly and thoroughly. I was really happy with her work and help.

I feel secure knowing that Motivators, reguardless of how big they are, always have both my locations best interest at heart. I do not have time to sit and be "sold" on a company or an item and from our very first call Adam had my company look and motto right on target. He even went on my website to get a feel for the tone of my location. Prices are competitive and have yet to have a bad looking product. I look forward to many many more years of service.
