Disgusting company item not delivered yet they claim it got delivered on the 18/9/2024 I never signed for any parcel . Seems to be the normal behaviour of this company with returns and deliveries

Clear e-shop, a large number of filters for searching for goods.

I bought a helmet and ended up having to pay an extra £78 to get it! I informed them and they say it clearly states this on the site. Be careful as in Tiny print on checkout it states this is a possibility. I have now spent a lot more on a helmet I should have just bought it in the uk. A huge mistake. It’s financially devastated me for the end of the month

I needed to return an item and the process was super easy and smooth. I see no risk ordering online with this kind of service in place.

Website shows that the helmet was in stock but customer later told me the helmet was not in stock. They did refund but it cost me money due to PayPal exchange rate.

They spoke english and changed the product and sorted out the price difference making it super easy for me.

I'm in Canada and I don't normally order gear from Europe but the price was right and I had read good reviews of Motoin. The jacket arrived faster than I expected and was exactly what I had ordered. The description on the motoin website was accurate enough to ensure a good fit. Would definitely do business again.

Best price, I was hunting for this pair of Forma Hyper and I found it here. Purchase was safe and quick, delivery was easy to be tracked constantly, I got it in ca. 10 days but only because of hungarian post 🤦🏻‍♂️ DHL was precise and transparent! Thank you!!!

Very easy and swift purchase and delivery. The helmet feel light compared to my Arai Quantum
The cheek pads are cut off quite far back in comparison and feel quite hard / firm but I expect this to give somewhat after a few weeks. The visor is very large and there is a fair bit of space in the helmet. The low down sun visor is broad and tint is a pleasant blue ish grey.Vents are plentiful all and easy to operate.
The D ring strap seem almost too long and the pressure button to secure it not always easy to "find" and there is a fait bit of air coming from the chin gap. I tried to use the extra chin piece aiming at blocking that gap but it keeps falling off, I remember this same problem from a previous Nexx helmet.
Overall I'm happy about it, Arai and Shoei feel more comfortable but I guess for the price you get a pretty decent helmet.
Finally I had a pretty poor experience with Nexx customer care about the warranty extension - nothing to do with Motoin who by the way we're very swift in sending an electronic invoice when I needed one for Nexx.

The boots are good, except they’re a bit too big. I wanted to send them back and order a smaller set but shipping to Germany from Australia was going to be half the cost of the boots. Lesson learned, don’t buy things you need to try on from online stores, or at least buy them in your own country for easy returns.

Terrible. Apart from confirmation that they got my order, no other updates were given until I emailed asking what was happening... Two weeks later after enquiring AGAIN, I get an email saying they have no stock and item has been discontinued. Up your game people!!

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE< Worst online company to deal with, I paid nearly 300EUR for size 46 race boots online which as soon as I paid via Paypal it showed the size had defaulted to the smallest size they have being 43, I sent two emails that same day to ask that they double check the size was 46 before they sent them, got no reply to either email then 3 days later get an email from them saying thank you your size 43's are on the way, they knowingly sent me the wrong size with a "sorry no refunds once goods are sent" they refused to accept any liability at all, the only upside was I held off buying a one piece racing suit from them until the boots arrived in Australia just to make sure all was good, I've bought loads of motorcycle parts online from Germany and never had a single issue until now, you people are an embarrassment to your country and should be ashamed. You 100% deserve to have all these bad reviews with your poor customer service

This is a fantastic shop with great products and competitive prices. I would easily rate the shop 5 stars, however, the postage and delivery time 1 star. The delivery is letting a good business down unfortunately.
