Your website allowed me to choose a Shoei helmet and pay for it and for its delivery almost 800 Euros (order 806482), only to tell me a couple of days later that you are not allowed to send Shoei to my country. So, first of all, I expect a company that does international sales to build all the limitations into its website (a good example is Amazon). Also, instead of immediately refunding me, you sent me an email (which I could have missed, to tell me there's a problem and to ask me if I want to buy something else.
Then, I had to choose what to do with the order.
So, you kept holding to my money (and limiting my credit line) until I answered and then some extra few days.
BTW. Just a week or so earlier I purchased Alpinestars boots from you which have been shipped to my country (order 804287). This order was stopped by the Israeli customs until I paid the dues and then released to a local postoffice. It would be nice if you can build into your website the payment for the customs as well. Example of a European company which does that is sax.co.uk. Amazon of course also does it. This way I know ahead of time what will be the total cost and also the shipment arrives to my door.

Fantastic range, and quick to dispatch. Great prices as well. Only comment about the Revit Cayenne gloves is that they let too much air around the wrist.

Motion.de are great they dispatch the item within a day or so. DHL who they use to dispatch their products are crap and getting worse. I have not yet received my product. It used to be a maximum of two weeks when I have purchased products from them before, now it’s too long. I will not purchase from them again because it will be close to 4 weeks in transit. I would suggest they entrust another carrier.

I have already ordered from the site several times.
I always received the product quickly and in very safe packaging!
Even when I had to send it back due to a size error, everything went well! Of course, I would also like to point out that I returned the product in perfect condition, just like I received it, and I really didn't use it, I just tried it on.

I ordered a NEXX helmet having never tried one on, The cost was the best I could find in the weeks of researching, the transaction was painless.....The freight was $70 which was excellent, 10 days later it arrived I New Zealand......no damage considering the distance.....will certainly be using them again.

I have bought my helmet from Motoin and also a Cardo communication system.
The helmet came perfectly packed and in record time.
The Cardo was also delivered very fast, but unfortunately one of the speakers was damaged, after contacting costumer service i was able to get a replacement.
Costumer service was great answering my questions and offering support all the way.

Good service, always keep you up to date on your order. Good prices, not the first time I've shopped with Motoin..

Shipping was DHL but not real DHL which is safe and private.
So it was normal german posting...this is not safe to ship this way to central or south America.
You should mention that this DHL is just normal Deutsche shipping so customer is aware.

Dreadful service I tried purchasing a pair of boots when it came to paying it was not possible to put my house number in on their site, it kept changing my door number from 27 to 28.I paid with PayPal which has my address registered to my account assuming it would resolve the issue. I sent an email telling you about the problem and asked for the boots to be sent to the correct address. You didn’t acknowledge my email and cancelled my order. How do you think I feel about your service.

Amazing and very patient staff. They answered all my inquiries regarding items, especially as a first time customer.
Upon delivery of the items, they were package very neatly.
The only reason for the 4stars is because of discrepancy between prices of the items online. I was told that a particular item was more than €100 but from where I am, the website showed less than that price. It should be addressed/corrected because people outside of Germany rely on these information.
But overall, I will say that you guys are amazing!!!

Quick shipping, packaged well, and best price from motoin.
PackTPro was easy to install and everything works well, plenty of volume in the wind but looses its clarity and bass at highest volumes as most speakers do (I can't have at max volume anyway) Calls are clear in and out and no issues with voice control BUT the battery status command doesn't work for me, probably due to accent (AU) - If you've got a strong accent away from standard UK/US (English) you will struggle more with commands. Crash detection is dependent on phone coverage, otherwise it's last known location and this adds to the price so if you have minimal coverage this function wont be as valuable. If you've got the money well worth the upgrade to Pro.
