Since 2002, MotorcycleCloseouts, L.L.C. has offered discounted and closeout motorcycle and ATV apparel, parts and accessories to the public over the Internet and through our retail store in the Kansas City metro area. Our goal is to be able to discount our closeout items at least 30% off of published retail prices, but we get really excited when we can offer discounts of 50% or more. Visitors to our retail store pay the same low prices seen here on our web site. As a word of caution, not every item shown on our web site is available at the retail store every day, so it’s a good idea to call ahead if you are searching for a particular item. Our products are first quality and carry the same manufacturers' warranties as if they were sold in your local motorcycle dealership. Closeout items are not blemished or defective items; they are simply overstocked at the distributor or perhaps previous year models. Closeout items are available for return or exchange, just like current models. We keep our prices down by buying in bulk and keeping our overhead low, while offering high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service. Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware – Motorcycle Closeouts

I strongly urge customers to be extremely cautious when ordering from Motorcycle Closeouts.

If you purchase a garment, helmet, or any item that runs inconsistently sized and rely on standard sizing charts, understand that you will likely be responsible for paying return shipping — even when the item clearly does not fit as expected.

I have ordered numerous items from this company over the years without issue. However, the one time I encountered a legitimate sizing problem, they refused to take responsibility and would not cover return shipping. That level of customer service was disappointing and unacceptable.

A company’s true character is shown when there is a problem — not when everything goes smoothly. Based on my experience, Motorcycle Closeouts does not stand behind their customers when issues arise.

Because of this, I will not be doing business with them again, and I encourage others to carefully review their return policies before purchasing.

Great Deal! Fast Shipping!

I bought a pair of boots

I bought a pair of boots, does not provide return shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Cost me $16+ to return a pair of boots that cost $46. Net refund is $30. Amazon has the same boots for $3 more with FREE RETURN SHIPPING.
Will not buy from Motorcyclecloseout ever again.

Had a great customer service…

Had a great customer service experience.
I had accidentally chosen to pick my helmet up locally. The customer service rep noticed how far away I loved, reached out to confirm that it was not intentional, then changed it to free shipping. A+

1st helmet ordered was too tight

1st helmet ordered was too tight, I sent it back and received a full credit very quickly.
ordered the second helmet which arrived in a few days and was a great price, will use Motorcycle Closeouts again.
