Everything worked as booked, bike was ready, no changes and we had a great trip. Picked up our bike in Warsaw from Konrad. He was great to deal with. No surprises and very easy. Thanks to all and Konrad.

Quick and efficient communication

We have used Motoroads car rental for the last 7-8 years and never have been disappointed. Cars we had have always been well maintained and clean. Booking and communication have always been prompt and satisfying. We definitely will continue using their service next time we visit Bulgaria .Thank you

We rented 4 bikes to tour Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia in 2024. The people at Motoroads were very responsive and proactive. When my bike had a SW issue, they dispatched a replacement bike straight to where I was so I didn't lose any time because of the issue.
When I broke a windshield, they were understanding and found a reasonable price for the replacement.
Great experience, great bikes, great people. Will recommend them anytime.

I contacted Motoroad's office in Malaga to book a bike for a long-sought 10-days ride in Andalucia. They offered a BMW F750 at a reasonable price inviting me to reserve that bike with advance payment within 48 hours, which I did. They immediately replied "sorry, your bike was overbooked (!?) and is no more available, We have a GS1200 for you, same price.
Far too big and heavy for my age and frame, I said.
"If you still want the F750, it costs 200EUR more". This is REALLY bad, in my opinion.
I asked them to find another bike at original price, we made a deal on an Africa Twin.
Everything seemed fine until they said "look, the Africa Twin has mechanical problems that we can't fix. We still have the GS1200 and the F750 (at 200EUR higher price).
I cancelled the booking and booked a car instead.
Andalucia will be sweet and beautiful, but my long-sought bike ride is blown up.

I strongly suggest Motoroads to revise their business practice. If they make an offer and ask money to reserve a certain model within 48 hours, THAT MODEL must be available for the payer. It turned out that I paid 100EUR in advance to reserve that bike to someone else instead!
I have the full e-mail conversation ready to document my story, in the event of dispute.

Excellent service. The Motoroads team in Bulgaria was very helpful (Thanks Ema) and addressed all my concerns - from choosing the right vehicle (Toyota Corolla Wagon - Hybrid) to accommodate a different  drop off location. The pick and drop off was flawless.  Will definitely use them again.

We rented 3 BMW motorcycles, all almost new and in very good condition. No technical problems whatsoever. The USB socket in the cockpit and the sturdy cell phone holder were perfect. We navigated with Cruiser. Delivery and collection on time directly at the hotel - great! Simple and problem-free billing with credit cards. Competent and friendly communication by EMAIL and WhatsApp.

During the last ten years, the essential part of my frequent trips in Bulgaria were the “Motoroads” rental’s services. If we needed either a small or a big car, or microbus (coach) with a driver for a day , or a week, we’ve got always what we needed and often more than we had expected. At “Motoroads”, we met professional, helpful and kind staff. I would highly recommend their services and help in organizing both business and tourism trips.

We have been traveling with rented motorcycles all over the world for over 20 years! It was the first time we received a motorcycle with the tank in reserve, having to look for a gas station right on the way out, in addition to the front tire of one of the motorcycles being out of calibration and the brake pads at the end! Also during the trip, the cell phone support ended up losing the pressure we lost and even recovering it soon after! These are negative data, but excellent service, almost new motorcycles, in excellent condition, they were delivered to the hotel and received near the airport, very practical for us! We recommend this Company, I suggest you correct the details above!
