The first time I phoned it was answered very quickly in a friendly professional manner and I was promptly put through to Stephen a sales advisor. Thereafter I cannot fault the service. A seamless process with patient advice up to placing the order. I had been unable to find a better price anywhere. I would highly recommend the company.

A 5 * service by Motor Source
I expressed interest in a new Audi via Motor Source and was contacted via email and phone call by Lewis Chapman.
Lewis fully explained the procedure and explained what was available.
I received a link from Lewis to build my vehicle on the Audi website which generated a code which I forwarded to Lewis.
He immediately confirmed the details and provided me with an on the road price plus a service charge.
I attended the local Audi dealers for a test drive and to see all the specifications and colours available.
The sales assistant could not get anywhere near matching the on the road price provided by Motor Source even after the manager dropped their price by £3k.
The saving compared to the Audi garage was astonishing saving me thousands.
I telephoned Lewis who was very helpful and explained the ordering procedure clearly and processed the paperwork which I received via email.
I was later contacted by Jessica Giles to confirm and sign my order and provided contact details before returning the completed forms.
The full procedure in respect of payment and delivery was fully explained by Jessica.
Both Jessica and Lewis were very efficient and I look forward to receiving my new car in about 5 months time, which will be delivered to my home address.
I highly recommend Motor Source for all who qualify as the procedure is very easy and will save you money.

Not a good experience lies lies more lies
I ordered an Omoda Noble car on the 5th November 2025 with an expected delivery day of 31st December 2025. I didn't expect it on this day as its new years and most things close down. I contacted my personal delivery coordinator Claire Scott 3rd week in January for an update as she never contacted me regarding delivery. I was told there was a delay and delivery was expected mid February I thought ok not a real problem for me and was willing to wait. Mid February came and went and I had to contact Claire again re information this time i was told the car was on a ship but it couldn't be unloaded into the doc. New delivery end March 2026. I was willing to wait as I was going to be out the country however my plans changed due to the War In Iran.
I contacted Claire again mid March for information and was told delivery would prob be the following week on the Friday . Friday came and went NO CAR so I cancelled the order . What a disaster.
The salesman Stephen was great all details taken deposit paid no issues but thecrest of the journey was rubbish. A coordinator who never once contacted me regarding the car not turning up I had to do all the contacting to her for information. I supplied bank details I received my refund 2 weeks later .....
I purchased a car the following day with a 4 day pick up .
Im surprised at the 4.9 stars looks like im the only customer unsatisfied.....I find that very suspicious.
