Purchased a set of pads that were not…
Purchased a set of pads that were not correct. Returned item as per instruction but they declined the delivery and now the is being returned. It turns out i had made a mistake on the value of the returned goods on my customs declaration. There was no communication from the seller to help resolve my mistake and only discovered the item was being returned by the tracking number

We would like to clarify that the return was **not refused arbitrarily**, but due to an incorrect customs declaration which generated import duties. As outlined in our return instructions, shipments must be sent **duty-free and with correctly completed documentation**, otherwise they are automatically rejected by the carrier.
We confirm that we provided detailed return instructions, including how to complete the customs declaration to avoid this issue. Unfortunately, when a parcel incurs customs charges, there is no possibility for us to intervene while it is in transit.
We are sorry if you felt a lack of communication. We remain fully available to assist and would have gladly helped correct the declaration before shipment if contacted.
Once the parcel is returned to you, you can resend it with the correct declaration and it will be accepted and processed without any issue.
