Change of accomodation location without notification
After a 10-hour drive, we find out on the spot that they have moved us to another accommodation, separate from the others we were on holiday with. After filing a complaint and requesting a refund of part of the accommodation cost, they promise an answer tomorrow, but they do not provide it for a week, and after a month they no longer answer emails or calls.

Quick, kind and helpful
We needed a quick cancellation of three reservations and then three new bookings. It was all our fault because we were indecisive, but the people at Mountvacation sorted everything out very quickly. It was a lot of work, but everybody was so helpful and kind!
