OVERBOOKING, NO REPLY FOR THE COMPLAINT
In 12/2022 we bought a ski package in Puy San Vicente for 03/2023. Literally, on the very day of the trip, we were informed that our accommodation had been changed because there was no room in the accommodation we had booked. They gave us another accommodation, but in a chalet without a pool, it was ok, but not what we booked and paid for, and the children were extremely disappointed because there was no pool. Upon return, a complaint was written, to which they have not responded for 9 months!!! They do OVERBOOKING and DO NOT RESPOND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS' COMPLAINTS. Unprofessional and incorrect, I do not recommend this agency!!!

Complicated and long payment
Overall it was OK. However, payment and reservation process is somewhat confusing, overly complicated and too long. I wanted to pay immediately but now I have to wait up to 24 hours. This is inconvenient and much worse than typical payment over internet today.
