I signed up for the 7-day trial and I'm sure I cancelled my billing. Anyways, they billed me for the 1st month and I cancelled on the day they charged my account so I was no longer a Pro member and... See more
They've made improvements over the past year or so, and it's now as good for me as any of the alternatives that are far more expensive. I'm talking about the Pro version.

I signed up for Mouseprice Pro during my house hunt. The heatmaps and area reports gave me a lot of insight into which neighborhoods were better value.
Really helpful tool for checking sold prices in my area. Gave me a good idea of what homes nearby were going for before I put mine on the market.
I used the value guide to compare asking prices and it actually helped me negotiate on a property. It’s not perfect, but very useful for research.
Used Mouseprice to Value my home before Estate Agent came round, spot on!
Lots of one star reviews and reading them and looking at the data provided by Mouseprice, I can see why.
Mouseprice listed Hughenden Avenue, Postcode HP13 which covers most of High Wycombe, with the highest average sales price of over £5m yes that was 5 million!
I, myself can see that the average house price in Hughenden Avenue is a modest 400k - £425k. What a difference. The webpage was dated around 2024 so I thought any inaccuracies would have been found by now.
I was also shocked to see that many people here have paid Mouseprice for a service and not got it. Mouseprice is part of Propertyheads Group Ltd and have a healthy balance sheet. Maybe they need reporting to trading standards.
I subscribed to the free pro account for the 7 day trial. But the account simply stated it was being created and would never let me use it. I cancelled the account 08.04.25 and sent an email to customer services, no response to cancel and deleted my account but I was still charged £29.99 on 09.04.25. Very poor service. and website do not use.
Subscribed to the "pro" service and now the website throws 503 error. No response from the support team. There is no way for me to pause or cancel the subscription.
I’d of preferred to give 0 stars for this incredibly inaccurate description and current value, I’m guessing a terrible AI algorithm is behind this. DO NOT rely on any information been anywhere close to correct!
As a property developer i can tell you right now they massive devalue peoples homes. The valuation tool is rubbish and properties are usually advertised as being 30 - 50% lower in value than they actually are….stay away.
Had a look today to see what Mouseprice thinks our house is worth, and it values it at £3k LESS than what we paid for it over 9 years ago. How do they get to that evaluation? To think that they then offered to market the house for us...on your bike!
Utter garbage, no wonder Mouseprice has such a poor reputation.
Steer well clear!
These scamming morons have my property for sale on their website. My property is not for sale, never been for sale, and there is no plans in the foreseeable future to sell. I’ve reported this to the police, messaged mouseprice through their contact page to no avail.
The details on my property is completely wrong, the asking price is hysterical. DO NOT under any circumstances get involved with this company. In England it is possible to sell your house from under you. Be careful! Fortunately I’m in Scotland and that is not legally possible.
Signed up to search a couple of houseprices (including where I live) and nothing shows as being sold at all. Well four neighbours have sold in last couple of years. Absolute rubbish. Deleted account and will try elsewhere.
Joined years ago before realising dangers of data scraping and privacy invasion. Recently received an email from them and made mistake of clicking a link related to an old address. Since then I've had a of MousePrice messages.
I'd like to delete the account - but it seems impossible: can't log into the account without sharing additional personal information - the whole reason I want to delete it in the first place.
Imagine owning a company with such a poor public trust rating. Embarrassing. I have now opted out of emails on 4 ocassions, but they keep flooding in - hence this review.
I have no idea who or what this company is but they signed me up to their mailing list and refuse to remove me, no matter how many times I try to unsubscribe. Crappy, spammy behaviour.
Mouseprice keep sending me email alerts for a property that isnt mine. Also when I tried to log in and alter the address it keeps reverting to the wrong address again. Hopeless!
Contravenes GDPR rules. I’ve tried multiple times to unsubscribe, yet I still receive emails regularly. This has been going on for more than 12 months. I tried again last week, screen grabbed everything including the unsubscribe information and today I received an email. I don’t believe this company is handling PII data safely or correctly and I will be making a complaint to the ICO and proving evidence.
I registered and only at this stage when I went into the FAQ did I find they did not cover Northern Ireland
Random junk emails from somewhere that i have not even subscribed to be aware looks like scam email
Im getting uninvited emails from them regarding values of specific properties I have nothing to do with. Checking the email code, they are not spoofs but direct from mouseprice.com
