I would give no stars if I could. My property is given a 'valuation' 'with high confidence' £70,000 below that of 6 neighbours despite it being exactly comparable and the 6 neighbours all being given a similar higher 'valuation'. Mouseprice has not seen the property, has not made any proper evaluation and yet is putting out a figure 'with high confidence' (their words) that is wildly erroneous and detrimental to our chances of selling the property. I am not surprised Mouseprice has an 86% 1 star rating on Trustpilot as it is a flawed and dangerous 'service' to people wishing to buy and sell property.
Technically inept and woefully inaccurate, Mouseprice is not worth the HTML it's written in. Used it this weekend to look at two property prices. One it had overvalued by more than double it's current market price, the other (which is actually my property), it had not only UNDERvalued by well over half market value, but has data to indicate it sold in 2018 - which it wasn't, for a price it would not have sold for.
When I tried to sign up so I could update the data for my property, the sign-up process is broken.
Despite telling them not to send emails and to take my address off their list. They persist. Their house 'valuation' tool is totally useless and wrong. I would like to give NO STARS! I will give them a bad review for every email they send.

I recently used mouseprice.com to help me find a new home and I couldn't be happier with the results. The website is incredibly easy to navigate, and I was able to quickly find properties that matched my budget and preferences. The information provided on each listing was thorough and up-to-date, which made my search process a breeze.
One of the things I appreciated most about mouseprice.com was the variety of search filters available. I could narrow down my search by location, price, number of bedrooms, and other important features that were important to me. This saved me a lot of time and made it much easier to find the perfect home.
The website also has a feature where you can see the average price of properties in a particular area, which was extremely helpful in gauging whether a property was fairly priced or not.
Overall, I would highly recommend mouseprice.com to anyone in the market for a new home. The website is user-friendly, informative, and offers a wide range of properties to choose from. If you're looking for a stress-free way to find your dream home, mouseprice.com is the way to go!
Completely inaccurate. Wrong number of bedrooms, wrong price, wrong house type e.g. semi-detached vs detached vs terraced. You'd be as well served to pull a valuation out of a hat, it is just as likely to be wrong as Mouseprice (Zoopla lots better)...........
Got everything I needed. I am now in the process of buying a house in Chorley. I wouldn't have had the courage with website.
I registered on this website because I was trying to assess the area and the investment potential of the property I am buying. Website has lots of data and is aimed at professional properties sources. If you are in a serious investment it has great tools and integrated loads of market information . I bought my property and realised only later that my card was still being charged for subscription. I contacted customer service to ask for the refund and got my money back the next day. Very reliable and professional team. Happy to leave a great review as I appreciate all the information I found on this site and customer service I received.
Put correct information on property’s they have put my property built 1930 to1945 when actually was built in 1984 as it was a farmer’s field in 1939/45
Completely inaccurate data don't bother! I tried to update my property to be correct but it wouldn't update, no one responds to emails or acknowledges you have contacted them.
i think they purposefully put incorrect data in here to try and get people to upgrade to a pro account!
says that data comes from land registry but that must be bull as my property data is correct in land registry!!
Deleted my account as waste of time
What a joke this company has become. Accurate a few years back, they now say we have 2 less bedrooms than we do, that the property was built 60+ years before it was, that we have no parking, that it's smaller than it is, that we have fewer rooms & bathrooms than we do. Have I told them ? 5 times - response nil.
I have looked at the information given for Barming in Kent, there is almost no correct info for this area, the schools, stations & names of roads all incorrect
There are only 3 houses in my postcode. Mouseprice has an additional house that doesn't exist and the other three - which vary between 1 and 4 bedrooms - all at exactly the same valuation, less than half of a recent estate agent valuation of my property or the value on similar sites. Also seemingly random ages, sizes and other attributes applied.
Their data appalling.
Their estimate is £425,000 for a house valued at £830,000 by Zoopla.
They have the wrong number of rooms, wrong floor size, wrong sales information.
They have no interest in correcting their records.
There online valuation is excellent. I have searched properties in different areas in the UK. I am very satisfied with their report
The information held for the property I live in is completely wrong, the type of property and how many bedrooms are wrong on this website..
Why are these pointless property websites around...???? the information on my house is TOTALLY wrong...I may as well speak to my dog as I would get more sense out of them than mouse price!! I'd prefer to try a local estate agent against this shoddy website...POINTLESS... just close it will save the Hassell..more Boris Bo**ox....
Very bad database unreliable and unrealistic source of information. Extremely inadequate and inaccurate…
