The bus driver saw me waving at him on the sidewalk right in front of him and drove away this morning!

Now I am late to work.

Worst attitude ever!

We were waiting FOR 2 HOURS to 1 hour ride

We were literally left stranded and had to pay for a taxi which scammed us- DONT RECCOMEND
HORRIBLE!!!!!!
When a second bus came the lady was extremely rude and so was the driver and told us to figure it out ourselves.

Booked from Girona airport to Lloret de Mar Spain which is 29km on a shared bus which advertised around a 1 hour journey. Our journey took 3 hours and 15 minutes so we didn't arrive at the hotel until 03.15am with my 75year old Mother and kids. It was quicker to fly from the UK than to travel 29km with this company. The bus was so cold 11° the driver wouldn't turn down the AC units and some units were pouring with water. When I contacted the company about the delayed journey they said it was a normal time and my return journey may be shorter. It wasn't!
Dreadful introduction to Spain with a company who don't give a £#@&. Spend the extra money and take a taxi.

Where do I start? We hired them to provide a convenient travel option for our wedding guests on the day of our wedding. The bus was supposed to make one stop in Barcelona city and another in a town closer to our wedding venue. The bus was nearly an hour late at the first stop, and our guests at the second stop had to figure out their own transportation. So we got roughly half the service that we paid for. On top of this, the bus driver/company made no contact with us, leaving me to freak out while the bus was over an hour late, condensing every part of our wedding. When we went to file a complaint with the company, they were totally unprofessional. Lying about how late the driver was, and calling us liars when they actually took the time to respond to us. I cannot believe that this company is allowed to operate in a civilized country. The experience from start to finish felt like a scam, and every member of this organization that interacts with customers should feel ashamed. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Furthermore, I would go out of my way to convince people to avoid them. The day they go out of business should be a day of celebration across the Iberian Peninsula. Despicable.

I do not recommend the Moventis bus, it did not arrive on time (it did not arrive at all), the next one arrived but the gentleman was very rude and did not let us on the bus
