This was the first time I have had to move so much stuff so booked Mr Bee Removals to assist and they were great. The 2 movers were early and waited outside ready to start promptly at 9am. They were both really nice and careful with all our stuff making sure we could move as much as possible in the time I booked them for. They did a great job and helped massively putting all the heavy stuff in the correct rooms at the other end. Would definitely use again!

The guys that came were on time, efficient, friendly and professional. Everything was moved without any damage even though there were some tricky narrow corridors to navigate. Would recommend to a friend and would use them again. By far the cheapest option around as well!

To be honest I was a bit worried as some reviews were bad, but had already booked the service and so I decided to go ahead anyway. I was so relieved as everything ran so smoothly and the 2 man were really helpful and extremely well mannered they completed the job really quickly and I would absolutely reccomend them.

I’ve used Mr Bee on a couple of moves and in each case they were very professional, friendly and efficient. They went over and above to ensure the move went smoothly with no stress. I recommend them highly

We used Mr Bee twice last year to move out of our flat into a temporary home whilst we were waiting for the legal work to be completed.
The first experience was deserving of 5 stars. The workers were great, on time, introduced themselves, packed the van very efficiently and assembled the bed and sofa back together in the new flat. Could not fault them at all and they were excellent.
We used the same company again when moving to our house and it was the complete opposite. One of the team arrived 45 minutes after the first, they somehow got lost for over 20 minutes on a 5 minute drive, then when they did arrive took very little care in the goods and banged them all over the place with little care for paintwork or the items. The bed and sofa were just dumped in the room, and right at the end, the member who was 45 minutes late tried to claim they had spent more hours than they actually had!
They are very cheap, but I’m not sure if we would use them again or recommend them. It’s a shame as the first experience was amazing.

Friendly, efficient and helpful

The two lads (Jack and George) were amazing! They worked so hard, didn’t stop once and were very professional. I would highly recommend them. Thanks for making our move much less stressful.

The company was extremely helpful, even more considering it was a last minute booking for the following day! The guys moving the belongings were extremely efficient and careful, it took a huge weight off my shoulders. I was pleasantly surprised at the rates they offer as well considering they operate in London. Overall very happy to have gone with them!

It is unfortunate that the business' response does not allow the customer to respond. I delayed writing that review because I have been hoping that Mr Bee would become conscionable. Irrespective of the facts, had he managed the situation differently, the review might have been much different. I have not lied. Everything written in my review is the absolutely truth. I have quired charges, but have NEVER at any stage refused to pay for your services. I have my bank statements of ALL payments, well over £2000, also messages to and from Mr Bee himself. However, as you will notice in my review, I made no mention of payments. I could have done, but chose not to, because that was not the issue, instead, because of how the damages and personal injury has been ignored by Mr Bee himself. Notwithstanding, since you try to make payments a bone of contention, let my briefly state: When I enquired from Mr Bee about the deposit I paid, he insisted that I did not pay any deposit. I proved this by sending him my bank statement showing the deposit amount and date. He then stated that the deposit was taken from the final amount charged, otherwise the amount would have been more than £1,200 (or just over). Although I was assured that my deposits would be returned after the move, I accepted Mr Bee's explanation about the deposit because I did not want to make a fuss, and I told him so (No wahala !). My annoyance is a direct result of his sudden refusal to communicate (to date), when I requested the company's insurance policy regarding personal injury and damages. As previously mentioned, although there were some damages, we were fully happy with the removal men. We have a lot of things, some very heavy, also, we had to move into storage at the last minute and out again. The men were amazing, adapted to unexpected changes and worked really hard - much credit to them. I am a racist ?? That is simply a ridiculous and hilarious notion, as a diversion from the issue. Why don't I take legal action? :)) God's timing is not our timing - that's the perfect timing for us all, and for everything, and whether I do or not, our Divine Source is the just judge, which never fail and comes to everyone. Finally, you dear to call me a liar, in your attempt to nullify my review; but I laugh at your ignorance, and pity your folly. My blood was spilt and I suffered great anguish and the wound is still healing. Again, you dear call me a lier, Hmm. The perfect judge never sleeps, is always listening, sees and knows all - least to say say that your communication and people's skills requires urgent attention.

I wont lie, I hadn't checked the reviews before I confirmed with Mr Bee, and when I did late the night before, I was really worried. I had NO need though. Two guys turned up right on time (Matt and his colleague), packed all my goods with a lot of care, took my bed apart with tools, and packed the van. No time was wasted at all and they asked me questions if they need anything. They even marked the box with the kettle in it! When we got to the other end, unload was quick and orderly, they put my bed together again and handed me the box with the kettle :-)
I wanted to pay by card, called the office and there was no reply. We called the owner who said "no worries, agree the price with the guys and I will call and take payment when I am back in the office" - the price was as agreed (boxed were paid for by usage) and the owner called later and I paid very easily over the phone. I was not overcharged, nothing went missing, nothing was broken and everyone I dealt with was charming, friendly, courteous and professional.
I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you for making my move so easy!

The mover was on time and helpful. He loaded the van carefully and made sure a mirror was transported safely. Reasonable price for excellent service.

I received many quotes and honestly I found Mr.Bee is the best of all. Value for the money in fact cheapest of all quotes, professional service and they are always reachable. I would strongly recommend them for moving homes and they would be my top choice for moving.

Mr Bee I would highly recommend to everyone 😇 My two very friendly guys from Bulgaria were more than helpful. They overcame great parking problems (Central London!) with cheer and some brilliant driving.
They carefully and diligently packed the contents of the entire flat. All was done with great speed and patience. Great Price Great Service and if you are moving get Mr Bee you won’t be disappointed 😉
