They sent me the wrong item and said that I could return it. Then they said that it was too late to return it. The CEO, Bob Schneider said that he would still let me return it but I had to drive 30 miles to the post office and pay for the return shipping. That's not fair because it was a very expensive item. They don't get anymore of my money. They are an evil company and I don't have anything good to say about the company. The CEO, Bob Schneider, is greedy and unprofessional.

Some dogs need a little extra time to warm up to a new bed, especially if they're used to their current sleeping spot. You could try placing it where your dog already likes to rest, adding a favorite blanket or toy with a familiar scent, or offering a few treats and gentle praise when they show interest. With a little patience, many dogs come to love their new bed in their own time.

Return policy is very difficult and costly. I tried to return a cooling mat, It cost me £9, I followed the procedure, sending the return with tracking, sent the required tracking number I the company and still no refund. Very unhelpful when I asked for an update on my refund, even though it’s been weeks. I won’t be using this company again, no time and no refund

We fluffed it by hand and even put it in the dryer for 20 mins and it still is kinda flat. Doesn't come close to the pictures in the advertisement.It is almost like it is missing stuffing.

We understand your disappointment, especially after looking forward to the fluffy appearance shown in our images. Since the bed is compressed for shipping, it can sometimes take additional time and a little adjustment for the filling to fully settle into place.
We recommend gently shaking and kneading the bed to help redistribute the filling, and allowing it some extra time to regain its shape. The filling is intentionally not packed completely full, as this allows the bed to better adjust to your dog’s weight and provides a more comfortable resting experience.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue improving our products.

After receiving the Fluffy bed and…surprise!
After receiving the Fluffy bed and treating it for use. I placed it on the floor thinking it will take time for my Shiba Inu to become aware of it. That evening I walked in my bedroom and Toshiko was in the middle of it looking spry. Wish I had taken a picture, she passed this Sunday, July 26. Her sister however has not yet taken interest in the bed. I will give it time. I was so glad. Toshiko seemed happy. She had been ill most of the year had surgeries developed allergies. I just wanted her to be happy. She was 14 y.o.

Multipurpose Bed
When I first received the bed, I had no idea what to expect. I opened the package and was immediately skeptical. The fluffing procedure took some time. I finally got the bed just right and my dog wouldn't lay on it. We thought it would help with her anxiety and make her feel better because she had been sick for the last few days before we received it. She was restless. We tried the bed again, but this time, we picked her up and put her on the bed. She rested and really slept for the first time in those few days. Little did we know that she was only going to be able to enjoy the bed for two full days before having to be put down. Cancer is the worst. After just those two days, I can fully and wholeheartedly recommend this bed. It does take work to get it fluffed, but it's worth it and worth the money. Our sweet girl really enjoyed her time in it at the end. Now my little one has claimed it for his own as both a memory of our pup and as a soft place to hang out.
Five stars, would do it again.

Lovely while it lasted
The bed was soft and big enough for 95 shepksy/malamute mix Freya to stretch out on. Sadly, her 17 year old elder was jealous of the soft plushiness and peed on it. Resulting in a temper tantrum from Freya that resulted in an immediate shredding of the bed. But, it was obviously something worth fighting over lol and it was sturdy too because Freya had to work hard to destroy it!

I originally purchased one of these dog beds in 2022 and unfortunately had a bad experience with it. Recently, Bob reached out to me personally to make things right and offered to send me a brand-new bed at no cost.
The replacement bed is great and is a huge improvement from the one I originally received. It feels much better made, is comfortable, and my dogs really enjoy it. I truly appreciate a company that stands behind its products and takes customer concerns seriously. Bob was kind, helpful, and genuinely wanted to fix the situation. Excellent customer service can make a huge difference, and I’m very grateful he took the time to reach out and make things right!!
