Poor after sales service
Bought trousers 13 months ago but the pocket has split, emailed to ask if they had a repair service but they dont reply. Seems like they bombard you with emails to get you to buy then ignore you if you get a problem.

Visiting the newly opened london store was a truly wonderful experience and on trying different jeans , ended up buying jeans and chinos. Hugh at the customer service was brilliant and made a lot of positive suggestions to enable me to choose. I will definitely visit them again.

Poor quality and customer service
I ordered two pairs of shorts from Mr Marvis. While both were lovely to wear, one pair had issues straight away — the stitching began to come undone, and after the very first wash, strange stains appeared on the fabric. What’s frustrating is that none of my other clothes in the same wash were affected, and the second pair of shorts came out perfectly fine.
When I raised this with customer service, I was disappointed by their response. There was little sympathy, and instead of repairing or replacing the shorts themselves, they simply told me I could take them to be repaired locally and they would reimburse the cost. For such expensive shorts, I expected much better quality and accountability.
They insisted the stains were caused by my washing, which doesn’t make sense given the circumstances. I have no doubt they will reply here with excuses, but I feel it’s important to warn other customers: these shorts may look nice, but the quality and aftercare don’t live up to the high price tag.

Regarding the stains, we would like to note that external factors during washing – such as unsuitable detergents, overloaded machines, or non-colourfast garments – can lead to unexpected changes, even with careful sorting. We therefore recommend closely following our care instructions and using a suitable detergent without bleach to best protect delicate fabrics.

Item was too small and I have to pay for the return. Parcel looked like it had been sat on too.
