Awful customer service
Good product, but awful customer service. I specified in the order at a certain carrier should not be used as they don’t do signature free deliveries. Not only was that carrier used but customer service never acknowledged a mistake had been made, and refused to honor my right to cancellation under the sales of good act. No good.
The response below once again misses the point that cancellation of an online order within the prescribed period is a consumer protection right guaranteed by law. Mr Marvis deliberately ignores the law.
In response to the latest response below : so refund is conditional on returning the product which I actually can’t receive because Mr MARVIS disregarded my express instructions given together with the order. Did anyone say Catch 22 ? Stonewalling, obfuscation, denial : that’s Mr MARVIS customer service for you. To all : you bettwr not have a problem with your order !

Limited if any reward for Brand Loyalty
Having been a loyal customer for quite a few years now I feel they do not show value to repeat customers, particularly if I compare to Eden Park, Lacoste and Charles Tyrwhitt. These brands send plenty of emails, but with meaningful deals and discount promotions. Some also reward points that can be used for discounts. Whilst Mr Marvis send plenty of emails they never appear to reward loyalty. They just keep pushing new lines. Most recently over Easter they encouraged customers to find an E-Moji on their website to qualify for a discount voucher. Fun enough idea but I wonder how many customers found the elusive emoji. I tried but just got frustrated and would have preferred they send a real discount/promotion rather than waste my time. I cannot remember ever getting exclusive pre sale opps or special one off discount vouchers as other brands do for loyalty. Was on the point of spending another €250+ with them but abandoned the basket since feel they could do more for those repeat customers that truly like the brand and have supported from the early days. I want to feel my repeat business is appreciated. Also feel the expansion into new lines is getting a bit boring. The common theme of neutral and simple does not work for every clothing item. Eden Park and Lacoste produce interesting polo shirts alongside more basic designs. Time for Mr Marvis to perhaps think a little more out of the box? Whilst have never been disappointed on their quality at least other brands reward my repeat business but unfortunately on the latter I feel Mr Marvis increasingly out of step with the retail market. I hope they reflect how they can keep customers loyal since their price point is not the most competitive even if quality good. UPDATE: Whilst the answer below was prompt with nice words I received discount and promotion offers from Gant, Lacoste, Eden Park & Charles Tyrwhitt in the same two days and spent over €450 with these brands. In the meantime Mr Marvis continue to send publicity plugs for their products but yet to see any recognition for all the business given to them over the years! I look forward to seeing the words below put into action and in the meantime happy to take my repeat business elsewhere where clearly more valued.

I ordered 2 things my information on…
I ordered 2 things my information on delivery address went in slightly wrong, I used the chat bot on there site, could not change. So went on Royal Mail app and changed to local post office. It ended up at completely the wrong address wrong post code.
I sent a message MR MARVIS told me to sort out with Royal Mail. I’m in logistics this is terrible customer service I have used them a lot, won’t be using them again.
UPDATE
I don’t ever review, received email today 30 April that my items will be resent to me. Appreciate mr MARVIS reaching a fair conclusion for me.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers on the 27th March. They said they posted them on the 28th March. On the 29th March the post office said they had them in their east midlands hub. It is now the 9th April and still no trousers. I spoke to Mr Marvis and they said they would ensure they were delivered immediately. Still nothing. Wont ever buy from them again. I would like to add since posting this review I have spoke to Mr Marvis and they have resolved the issue. I still do not have my trousers, but I respect that they made contact and resolved it.

Flexible and helpful service
Soon after ordering, I had second thoughts about sizing. I contacted customer service and asked them to send a larger size. Much to my amazement, they got back to me promptly and changed the order without fuss, and the correspondence was polite and friendly. This was so remarkable and refreshing because other platforms refuse to make changes moments after you click 'submit'. Well done on this point, Mr Marvis. I'll order again.
