A vast improvement from Mr Site helpline staff. The 24 hour help reply period does not appear to exist anymore and solutions were provided within hours. I even had replies to me emails on a Saturday and even on a Bank Holiday. Previously I complained that all the help line personnel did was to send out do it yourself sheets that I found to be useless. Now Mr Site staff sent out simple to follow easy step by step lists in the email. I contacted Dharamveer Sunaria to offer ideas concerning the way site production software could be improved and he telephoned me to discuss the matter.

I had a problem with positioning images and text on a page and Mr Site staff tried to come up with solutions but eventually said it could not be done.

I found the drag and drop method for site layout to be very easy to use which also meant updates were made very easily.

I'm a one man band, but with Mr Site Support staff, I feel like I have a team. Polite, efficient and respectful.

As a new user, Sonu has been helping with my queries and Athanas B. is my "concierge" (someone who welcomed me and made sure I was getting the help I needed - a nice touch and one I've not come across before with other similar companies).

Their email support has been impressive so far. I hate it when responses takes days but so far (finger's crossed) the new look Mr Site (I think they've recently been taken over or had some kind of major software upgrade) has been reassuringly quick to respond.

I want to acknowledge the professional, swift, respectful and just wonderful assistance from Dharamveer Sunaria over the past 2 days. Rarely is IT support so useful and so immediate. Thankyou! I will recommend Mr Site unreservedly BECAUSE of the fantastic support!!

Recently changed to Mozilla Firefox. Had problems copying and pasting with this. Sonu answered my enquiry promptly and with easy to follow instructions. Many thanks. Have always found Mr Site support excellent.

Vishal was very helpful and answered my queries - and the customer service generally at Mr Site has improved recently which is good. Mr Site is a straightforward and user friendly way to build a website and things like the shop are great. It certainly has limitations if you are looking for a more complex website but for a simple website I would recommend.

I purchased the pro website and registered and all seemed fine however within days i couldn't access my website to edit it and when I went to visit my website it didnt show correctly or I got a server not found image.
Help centre kept saying they were working on it and when they said it finally working it still didn't. I was told well it is working their end so tough.
Bad service, unreliable and bad for businesses. AVOID!!!

Hello, Just felt I had to leave this review I had a problem logging into Mr Site I have multiple websites with them the support I got from Manish Shahi was excellent great technical knowledge and very patient, Thanks so Much.

As a technophobe I find all this web building way out of my comfort zone, However, the Mr Site support team are second to none and have really helped me get my site up and running with exceptional customer service. Prompt, even when I've contacted them on a Sunday, friendly, helpful and very efficient answering all of my questions and getting me sorted. I still struggle, but knowing the Mr Site team are there has really encouraged me to stretch myself and have a go, and when I can't do something, I just have to ask and the problem is sorted. Mr Site should have 10 stars. I really cannot praise them enough and setting up my website with Mr Site, in spite of my lack of ability has proven easier than I thought possible and encouraged me to do more. Using MrSite has probably been the best experience I've ever had when using a Web Based organisation. Where most are absolutely useless MrSite stands head and shoulders above the rest. They offer an empathetic service listening, instructing and guiding us through a process that helps us get the very best out of PERFECTCANVAS.CO.UK and, they really care about your success. I'm a really happy customer so far and my message to their competitors is that 'NEW' doesn't always mean better and 'GROWTH' shouldn't always mean 'change'. 5 Stars :)

I have been using Mr Site for the best part of the last 10 years. Recently I migrated over to the new mobile site. Tom Winzar and Seb planned and migrated my site with extreme professionalism. I have found their support very customer specific and any request for help and support have been responded to very quickly indeed. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any user.

I'm so used to poor service from other companies that it's always a surprise - a lovely surprise - that Mr Site is so responsive, phoning and writing in response to all my little queries.
